    1. Pros - nice pool and location

    The worst experience of my life in terms of customer handling and service rendered and service recovery, for error created by the hotel operator. 2. Cons - Check in and Check out process were tediously long and highly disoranisged. To return the 1000peso deposit took forever. 3. Cons - I had a group booking for 10 rooms paid by myself, booked 7-11 aug 19. (7king rooms 7-11aug and 3king rooms 7-10 and 3queen rooms 10-11Aug 19. When i checked in i inquried if could get a refund for 1 king room on 9-10 Aug 19 and 3 queen room 10-11 Aug 19. I was told it was not possible as its lesser then the required 72hrs policy. I informed the front desk, my friend will check out on 09aug19 for the 01 king room, but i shall use the room until 10aug19, since its already paid for and collect keys for 3 queen rooms on 10-11Aug19. On 09 Aug 19, my friend checkout at 10am. At 2Pm , I requested for my friend room key since its been fully paid until 10 Aug 19. The front desk tells me but you friend already check out, i told them but my room is fully paid until 10 aug 19, I want to use the king room. The staff could not provide me the room as they had sold that room to other guest. At 330pm, I informed the front desk either you give me a new king room or refund my payment for 9-10aug19. The front desk staff keep repeating its not refundable. I requested to see the manager, and update me the situation. At 5pm i checked again the morning shift front desk had gone home so i had to explain the whole story again to evening front desk staff, who didnt have any clue after lengthy explaination and requesting to escalate matter to their Manager and get back to me asap it was 630pm. The next day on 10 Aug 19 at 2pm the manager finally sees me and after my explanation to him, he tells me he will need to consult his manager to decide if a refund was possible, as now he has a clearer picture. At 6pm on 10aug19, this issue was still pending on my refund status.
