Friendly staff Great Location for visiting Margaret River and all surrounding beaches and wineries

Found it to be expensive

We did not have breakfast in the hotel due to Limited time.

It was the noise from the floor above us and the maintenance below us.

The food from the cafe reflections was lovely.

There was an african christian group that were so loud the entire 2 days, loud as first thing in the morning till about 9.30 pm at night. I understand that there was no way too avoid the noise but would like to be notified of this next time prior to booking. If i could describe our stay in all honesty it would be loud. We have been coming to abbey beach every year to celebrate our wedding anivesary and always love it, this year was a little bit of a let down, the fire alarm kept going off, it was then taken away and not replaced the entire stay, the shower tap broke off and sprayed the entire bathroom with water and the constant noise of people all day walking up and down the resort yelling and screaming made it a little uncomfortable.
