“There needs to be an option for breakfast for a child. I paid the same amount for my 11yr old granddaughter as I did for myself for breakfast, despite knowing that she wouldn’t be having the full value of her breakfast. I had to go and get a chux wipe to clean my table when having a drink in the afternoon. I found that tables were not cleaned very quickly in the Grand Bar. You need a small table and chairs on balcony, I took the chair from room on to balcony which was incredibly heavy. There were no pool towels left on one occasion when we wanted to go up for a swim. The spa button stopped working whilst we were having a spa and wouldn’t restart despite quite a few people trying to get it to restart. I requested a fuller, softer pillow on the morning of our second day as the ones I had were lumpy. I had to contact front desk again 6 hours later as no one had brought me a new pillow. Approx an hour later a gentleman came to our room asking if I needed anything. Why didn’t front desk communicate my needs to him? I repeated my request for the third time that day to finally be brought some other pillow choices. We did enjoy our time but it’s these little things that you remember.”
