An excellent location close to the airport, super friendly and helpful staff, but the property itself is a bit run down (light fittings falling off the wall, internet hassles connecting to wifi), but I was there simply between connecting flights so not a great drama. But not a holiday hotel, definitely a business travellers' hotel

Staff tried very hard to please. They are let down by things that are out of their control and need additional training. Great neck massage in spa.
Hotel was very cold. While I appreciate fresh air, I do not want to sit in a hotel restaurant in my coat. Room was freezing and only heating in a large bedroom was aircon switched to heat. Had to request an additional heater and hairdryer. Bed and bed linen were very old. Sheets so old they were stained, soft, and not ironed. Duvet lumpy and thin. No extra blankets available in room. Towels, small carpet in room and upholstery all with marks and stains. All these things would be easy to fix with extra attention to detail.
Location especially when you are visiting Pashupatinath and near ti airport as well.
I had terrible experience with the hotel management. I booked this hotel for a small group of Indian devotee willing to visit Pashupatinath. I did the booking of 97 $ using booking.com portal using my American Exoress card of Nepal, initially they cancelled the reservation stating that my card is not valid but insist me to book directly for that they quoted me 114 $. I refuse to book directly with them as the tariff was higher than the booking.com sites. Than i finish the another booking using TD bank , USA card. They swipe 1 $ successfully and it was confirmed it was valid card but inspite of this again they had cancelled the booking. The indian guest wish to stay near Pashupati Nath so i was compelled to book this property so again i confirm the booking on 3rd attempt. The room was more cheaper if i could have paid the whole amount at the time of booking. I don't want to use my $ card balance so i made booking with little high tariff where the guest pay the hotel after check in and my card would be used as a guarantee of booking. When the guest try to pay the room tariff the hotel reception inform that the amount had been already received by swiping my $ card which was provided to them as a guarantee of reservation. This attitude of hotel management made me deeply annoyed. After 20 days of guest check out i check my bank statements. I was shocked to see thet the hotel management had swipe 97 $ + 1 $ + 94 $ ( in 03 installment) total = 192 $ whereas the booking was made with 94 $ only . I immediately call the one of the office staff of hotel that they had overcharged my card. I am pretty sure they could have never told me or refund me if i would not have raise this issue. They promised me to refund extra amount of 98 $ and it reflect in card just yesterday. I assume bad intention of hotel on following basis .... ■ Why they decline my first card and insist me to book directly on higher tariff ?
I like the breakfast but the restrooms are not according to our value if money
