Everything was up to date. Their is no issue. We expect your airline will be one of the best. Try to have more flights to different destinations. It will pay you more for your success.

on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

Plussat: "The crew was amazing. very helpful and great services."
Miinukset: "While waiting in the check-in line, it would be better if one of the crew would come and ask the travellers if they have got everything. cause I had my Covid test and it was negative. However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. So, it would be nice if the crew would come to the passenger on the line just to make sure they have everything right."

Miinukset: "The passenger sitting next to me was really sick due to flu. When i explained the situation and asked for masks to the attendant, you guys did not have even one. I was disappointed with that. I think the flight should have some for these kinds of situation so that other passengers can protect themselves. Thanks."

Plussat: "Once staff were aware that my child was sick one staff member in particular regularly checked on the well being of my child."
Miinukset: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Miinukset: "-my seat did not recline, which I understand that I was close to the emergency exit but the person in front of me could still put their seat back way farther than they should be able to and I was unable to do simple things like put my glass of water on my tray -I had a vegetarian meal which was literally just rice and ground up brown mush-I have no idea what that much was -I asked twice for new headphones because my was broken but they forgot -When the flight attendant was coming around with water and she looked me to see if I wanted any and I said yes, she just skipped over me. I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

The specific person assigned never recommended or gave any information about the amenities available rather was waiting to be asked uneasily and was not polite at all. Need to be trained more effectively for such a 5 star airlines."

Instead I was offered what appeared to be a lurid pink yogurt, coupled with fluorescent orange 'juice', together with the Indian vegetarian option. The accompanying 'muffin' appeared to consist of the following ingredients: flour, oil. Suffers from the "African flight's don't matter" syndrome when it comes to level of staff and entertainment. I was expecting better from Qatar - back to Emirates I go!"

Excellent service from Boston to cairo and hurghada

Miinukset: "Air circulation on the jfk ist flight was absent and my wife almost suffocated and has to get closer to an exit door to get some air. Last time to use turkish airline"
Plussat: "Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library."
Miinukset: "New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library."
Plussat: "Person kicked seat due to reclining and crew did NOTHING to stop. Turkish sold seat as extended comfort, but then said at the gate that they don’t have such seats!!"

Miinukset: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Miinukset: "I paid extra money for the upgrade to sit the exit but only to be told after boarding that due to my size and age that I can’t sit on the exit aisle. Then I said okay, I’ll move if I get a refund and the the flight attendant said that they will. So then I swapped to a middle seat by the attendants directive all the way in the back. After the plane takes off, the flight attendant said that can not refund me the upgrade. I was extremely frustrated and felt discriminated because of my age and size. I demanded to sit back to my original assigned seat but they refused. Not to mention, the flight was delayed!! Unpleasant experience and a rip off."

Miinukset: "1.cabin temperature varied from cold to very warm 2.I asked the cabin crew for a blanket but they forgot about it 3.I ordered a whisky with ice - was given half a tot with 2 small blocks of ice 4.only one person was serving drinks and food on my aisle so it was very slow service (other aisle had 2 crew serving)"

I'd much prefer an extra hour layover rather than run through airport. Why was I patted down at the gate??? 2. legroom was cramped, I was comfortable only because seat next to me was empty"

Miinukset: "Passenger next to me wanted water constantly. The passenger on left of me constantly wanted wine. One got very little attention while the other treated like royalty. Unfortunately the African passenger who wanted water went thirsty a lot."

Miinukset: "Everything was truly great except for some passengers who felt they could stand in the aisles (and anywhere else they wanted) and lean over people while they were eating as their meals with religious dietary restrictions had already been served. I feel the flight crew could have handled them a little better. Still thought the rest of the service was fantastic."

Miinukset: "The ground crew couldn't speak English! I was part of a group and a friend of mine got wounded doing Ski. We simply couldn't communicate with the ground crew so they can arrange her with a seat that would match her medical condition. On board the plane, the (idiot) guy from the ground crew told us we can either take unfit seats or disembark. I find it very hard to believe I'll choose Turkish again..."

Miinukset: "It is not the airline but rather Istanbul airport. I would have been more convenient with a little more organization to help the massive amount of people going through the airport."

Miinukset: "Turkish airlines do not care at all about passengers from other countries (other that western Europe and USA) - my flight was cancelled but the airline reps did not bother to tell 150 plus passengers until the end... passengers got angry and one rep took us to the hotel desk, confusing with boarding passes and passport control on the way - forcing us to waster 3-4 hours; we were provided hotel accomodation at midnight (flight was supposed to take off at 9 pm - maybe they were avoiding to spend on out meals???"

Miinukset: "Just the fact that we were some 40 minutes late, and this created panic among those passengers who had tight connections to Tehran, Tel-Aviv and Tbilisi. The rest was excellent!"

Miinukset: "I've been flying to Greece for many years and this was the worst flight I've ever had! The flight was over packed. My fiancé and I did not get the seats I originally selected. Seats were so small and extremely uncomfortable. We had to wait for about 30' before we took off WITHOUT air conditioning!! That was miserable!!!! Last, I found HAIR in my food!!! Although, the flight we took from Atlanta to Instanbul was one of the best flights I've ever have taken. Mixed emotions.."

Can you please have the CEO of United airlines fly economy from the USA to Istanbul... I think he needs to see and reminded how to run an airline LOL!"
Plussat: "Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food was rather impressive for a plane flight. I liked the number of selections that were available per the movies and media based entertainment on the flights."
Miinukset: "A few of the stewards and stewardesses had a bad attitude; as if they had brought on board some format of negativity. I understand the flights can be long, but there's no need for bad behavior towards customers."

Miinukset: "My flight experience was ruined because TK02 flight was significantly delayed to Istanbul and therefore 25 oassengers did not make it to their flights. The way crew handled this was terrible, they did not care at all! We ended up all waiting for 9 hour at Ataturk Airport."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Miinukset: "For a flight from IST-NPL they only had beef options for food. Nepal is a Hindu country and majority of people on the flight were Hindu. It's very inconsiderate for them to bit have planned for more non beef food options. I turned on the service button 3 times within an hour. No one came. Separately I also asked 3 flight attendants for some water. None of them got me water! There were at least four parties with kids younger than 3 and a few older people. It would have been nice if boarding call was made to allow these people to board first so they could settle down camly, without stressing the kids and everyone else behind them!!"

Miinukset: "Space for legs too short, for long hour flight better use bigger plane with bigger space inside."

everything was good except the immigration process at Abu Dhabi. There were not instructions on where to go. The assigned gate was closed and there was no place to rest. The immigration queue was long and it took 2 hours to get to the immigration officer. Horrible experience.

Miinukset: "1. Not smiley at all. 2. I asked for a blanket as my 2 yrs old was sleeping and I have to ask three times and finally I got it. 3. I asked for arrival form 40 min before landing and the air hostess said later and she didn’t give me one ."
Plussat: "First the flight was delayed for 30minutes. And I wanted to watch a movie but the earphone socket in my seat 22A is not working at all. I just have to watch the flight map. The FAs are busy and sounds tired. THe flight is full but I wish I was moved since my ticket was eligible for an upgrade. I seldom complain but they need to check thru the seats -22A"

Miinukset: "This time The experience was super horrible! Took almost 1hr 30 mins to get boarding pass. I had 2 suit case one was 24.5 kg and other one was 25 kg, they wanted me to pay $132 for each bag or take out stuff to make it 23kg. Never met someone that horrible who doesn’t want to let it go. I requested the wheelchair and they dont wana give it to me, I had no choice but to call their supervisor and eventually got wheelchair only from jfk to abu dhabi. Worse experience."

Bathrooms in that particular section of the airport were really dirty and broken. Also travelling by bus to the airplane is not desired for such a major airline home airport. I read somewhere that airport is going to go through major renovation in 2019, so I hope it will become as good as Dubai airport"

Miinukset: "Service is on par with American Airlines which I usually expect a little better with international airlines. Food overalll was terrible. They are not really offering any choices. Even I was first few to be served in the cabin, I was given paneer with rice without offering any options. I complained that how can they possibly run out of options already. They run to the front and got me a chicken meal and told me that was the last one they have. Haha, I totally believed him (not). The meal before landing we were served paneer again. Ugh! Plane is overall dated. They made everybody to fit and weigh the carry on before boarding. My carryon did not fit (although it was pretty standard size carry on) and was over their 7kg (15lbs) weight. I checked mine in since I did not check in any other luggage. But many people were forced check in and pay extra check in fee because they are already at their luggage allowance."

Fly Dubai really need to communicate better with the customers when there is a problem.

Flight was cancelled. Kayak agents were not helpful at all to rebook flights. Worst experience in customer service. Kayak did not even informed me about the flight cancellation. I only came to know after reaching the airport. Horrible experience

Miinukset: "This one has multiple problems: 1. First no one clearly tells you where to go for FlyDubai flight and you really have to fight your way to get this information. 2. Then when you know that you have to go to terminal 2 for this flight, it takes them minimum 45 minutes to transport you from emirates terminal to terminal 2. 3. FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

Miinukset: "The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Miinukset: "Every thing is bad and I'll give you the details : 1- the plane is really small and with a full smelly passengers. 2-the seats are really bad and you can literary remove the cushion. under you. 3-bad crowd management from the crew. 4- a half hour delay. 5-a bad takeoff and a really painful landing. 6-they tried to move me because of a family. 7- the AC does not work fully. 8- the food is extremely bad and hard to eat & chew. 9- the luggage took a long time but to be fair that's not their fault. And the list goes on and on and on. I highly recommend to take a different airline."

Miinukset: "Not on time. Most entertainment screens not working. You choose a seat and you will find someone sitting on it amd the crew will simply say choose a seat in the back."
Miinukset: "The crew was incredibly rude. One flight attendant yelled at me to take my seat even after i told him the seat was wet. He insisted the plane didn't come from anywhere so it could not be wet. I showed him how it was so wet that it soaked my pants and told him it smelled like beer. He seemed annoyed i was bothering him and said he would replace the seat cushion. It took ten minutes before he replaced the cushion. When he did he threw it over the seatbelt preventing me from bucking up. I told him the arm rest and side of the plane were sticky from whatever had spilled. He ignored me and walked away. Another attendant came by and told me to buckle up before landing. I explained the situation that I did not have access to the belt to her for the second time and she rudely told me to move my seat. When I requested a new seat before the flight the first attendant told me no that was the seat I had paid for. Ignoring the fact that I had also paid for a dry seat. Now when the flight is landing my safety suddenly became a priority. Its safer to say I will not be recommending this airline."

Miinukset: "We stood on a bus for 15+ minutes waiting to board. We boarded, crowded plane with small space, and now my luggage is lost. I paid a lot of money for my business class ticket on Emirates only to have a second flight that was terrible in every way. No one seems to care where my bag may be- I am trekking in 2 days and I have NOTHING to use!! I’ve called every number I can find and emailed fly dubai- each person had shown very little care and not one person can even tell me if my bag left Dallas. Unreal."

The host asked if i wouldnt mind letting the family sit together.I accepted the request where upon the host suggested a middle seat which i rejeceted and notified him that he just passed by 8 empty seats in business class and since the doors were closed I knew were available. He denied the request, had me stand awkwardly while he checked other peoples tickets for 3 minutes to find a single person who was not seated in their middle seat and was forced to move whereupon i recieved dirty looks for the remainder of the flight and right through baggage claim at our destination. I did Flydubai a favor and gave up my seat for the woman and her family. A hassle free otherwise empty business class seat would have been the appropriate response."

Miinukset: "You have to even pay for a bottle of water. No food. No curtesy. Made a man pay for giving his seat to someone else. Would not let him sit in the bulkhead seat without paying EXTRA. Even business/first class had to PAY FOR FOOD!!! I regret having chosen that group of Emirates and FlyDubai. Do yourself a favor and stick to Qatar Air."

Miinukset: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Miinukset: "Absolutely nothing was provided. For a 5 hour flight everything cost, including the water ($2). I bought a terrible, nearly inedible, sandwich for $6. No entertainment. No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"

Plussat: "The staff at Dubai were very helpful and efficient at arranging for overnight hotel accommodation and meals at the airlines expense. I suspect they have had a lot of practice with delayed flights!"
Miinukset: "1. Fly Dubai flight from Kathmandu was 5 hours late in departing, so I missed my connection in Dubai, had to stay overnight and was ultimately 18 hours late in reaching my final destination. 2. Paying for food and drink (even water!) on a 5+ hour international flight is ridiculous. I don't know any other airline that does this. US airlines on domestic flights at least provide soft drinks, water, tea and coffee and the odd snack free. 3. No entertainment. A big minus on such a long flight."
Plussat: "The only thing I liked about this airline was the flight they had available the day I needed it, and the price was reasonable. But the flight was oversold, so I wasnt able to take it anyways."
Miinukset: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."

Miinukset: "Delay in take off by about 30 mins. Ground services in Dubai sucks and you are treated like low/no class passengers if you fly with other airlines apart from emirates. Transport bus from Term 3 to Term 2 via Term 1 make extra stops as per driver pleases. This would be last time I go via Dubai on other airlines non Emirates. Toilets in Term 2 also sucks and would rather go on the plane...."
