Check in is at 2pm therefore took advantage of the lunch service while we waited as we arrived early. The hotel does have a wow factor, staff are attentive and polite, and everything about the hotel grounds has great attention to detail. The king sea view room we paid for was quite small but new and very clean. Our view however was of the pool with a palm tree right outside our window. It definitely wasn’t a “beach view”. The food trucks were the highlight of our stay. There is great variety, the food is delicious and drinks are plentiful. The pool is nice and relaxing.
Firstly for an all inclusive hotel I was greatly disappointed by the fact that we were asked to pay 50 euro for a sun lounge/bungalow on the decking. We were not informed of this however you aren’t paying for anything specific other than a staff member bringing you what is already included in your stay. The two Turkish couples beside us were not charged as they didn’t have any service nor were they given a bucket of drinks. These drinks are actually inclusive of your stay anyway. It is evident that staff take advantage of foreigners and don’t actually charge Turkish citizens who were using the beds next to us. 2 other English speaking couples advised us that this had happened to them the day prior and said how unfair this was. It is appalling that people who already pay a high price for a stay have to pay additional to sit on a sunlounge just because it faces the sea. My other issue is entertainment is dull and targeted at the Russian crowd. One night I wasn’t sure what was louder? The sound of the aircon in my room or the high pitch of an opera singer who was screaming her lungs out on stage at 11pm. During our stay we were locked out of our room twice and had to get reception to fix our cards to enter the room.
The food is simply excellent. Probably the best that we had in 9 years of staying in all-inclusive resort hotels in Turkey of the similar level. The Spa is great, and the massage specialists are superb. i would go to the hotel for the massage only. Generally the staff at the hotel are extremely hard working.
Not good stay, They are not cleaning your room well, when they know you are in room, they come to room and tell you to clean your room, and when you go to out they don't come to clean. When you call the reception from your room they don't answer you. The AC is not working well rooms is hot, one day there is ben fire in one room in hotel, smoke detector and alarms of hotel don't worked and peoples say we tray calling the reception but they don't answering us,
*I think the hotel was renovated in the recent past. The renovated places were stylish and nice, the old areas also need renovation. Like the stairs... *The room was comfortable. *The food was OK. It met my expectation. *The beach and the sea was also nice.
We have faced some situations which made me give a bad mark to this facility. The staff was doing their best to be polite but it wasn't enough. This is a Hilton hotel, you expect better. * I made my reservation through booking and no body asked me for any payment at check-in. The other day, we couldn't get in to our room. We have visited the reception. They told us that they haven't received the payment. They had my phone number. It would be more polite if they have called. * At the beach, a staff was cooling himself off by getting some ice from the bucket where the bottles of water were put for customers (for drinking) and he was rubbing it around his neck while talking loudly on the phone. And repeating it... * Than in the afternoon some people (probably hotel staff) brought some speakers and some sound components and told us to move our sunbeds to somewhere else, as they need to set up the sound system. They helped us to move the sunbeds away, right next to other people(!) * At around 18:00 o'clock two of the staff came to the beach and collected the umbrellas without asking. We understood that, it was the hotel's way to say, "that's enough, go to your rooms." * The reading light beside the bed was out of order. It was lit all the time and couldnt be turned off. We have asked the reception to fix it twice. No luck. I had to fix it myself. * The room was not cleaned well. The teaspoons were used and not cleaned. First night, we prepared tea for ourselves and after we saw the disguisting mark on the teaspoon we didn't drink. We left the cups on the table. The other day, although the housekeepers entered the room for cleaning, the cup was not cleaned, nor was the teaspoon. That was really disguisting. I'm not even mentioning the dust on the kettle and everywhere around the room. *
This is not Hilton. It’s like a parody of Hilton, but overral it’s a joke. 1. No service: If you try to ask reception to help you with any kind of problem - forget about it. They will smile to you but thay will do nothing to resolve your problem. Be very carefull when provide them you credit card, they may charge your credit card twice. If you want to be safe - pay by cash. 2. Comfort: The hotel is very dirty, there are many old used furniture that must be replaced. The housekeepers do not wash floors, bath, showers - only dry cleaning. 3. Staff: The staff is awfull. They are very lazy, slow, most of them do not speak english, only few on the reception and on the guest relation area. The most terrible staff is on the pier, if you are crazy (like me) and will rent the bungalow (50 € per day, full service) - forget about any kind of service, want to order some cocktails? Ok, you will be wait all day to get one. 4. Food. Food is very poor quality. Like for Cattle. Very dirty dishes, grills. On the dinner you must come on time (at 7 PM) otherwise you will in risk do not find a free table. Overall strongly not recommend.
