The staff has no training is customer service. Zero interest in facilitating guests.

Majority of the staff is very friendly, polite en helpful although not everyone speaks English. The breakfast is rather standard with less suprises. The menu was the same during the 5 nights we stayed over here.
The taxi fare to the El Alto Airport (110 Bolivianas) is rather expensive (standard fare is approximately 75). One taxi arranged/recommended by the hotel to go to down town was useless.

the breakfast is ok but not so many choices. hotel is not close to the bus terminal/city centre but you can ask the staffs to help you to call taxi. Tho i stayed in 5th floor, the environment is still noisy even at 4am.... I think it's better than so many hotels in La Paz.
