Great for a Kid's getaway

The rooms were nice, clean and the bedding very comfortable. Skiing was convenient and perfect for the beginner skier.

They were not prepared for the holiday check-in. Rooms were not ready till evening and it made it difficult for those with children. They offered "drinks" which were really not helpful when with a five year old. No attempt to give us a different level room, etc. Hallways and restaurants were not clean . The staff in the restaurants were very nice and accommodating but they were pricey for a family resort.

The rooms were very nice and the hotel was quiet. We ended up going to the water park so it was nice to come back to a hotel with more amenities than just fast food. The staff was extremely helpful.

Beautiful grounds! The outdoor pool/patio looked fabulous as well but we didn't get to enjoy it as thew weather was a little cool.

Rooms were a little worn, you can tell that they made an effort to update recently but if you looked closer you can tell that the remodels/cosmetic improvements were not done well and attention to detail was not there. There was not a whole lot of insulation between rooms as you could hear others in room next to you pretty clearly.
