Hotel appeared lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to get the room we had reserved. They reported that there was a glitch in the electronic system and although we were able to book a room online they had no rooms available.

We booked a room online through booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available. We were told that there was a glitch in the booking system. No attempts were made to contact us prior to our arrival, although the room was booked on the a couple hours in advance. Very disappointed to arrive late at night with young children to find out your expected room is unavailable. I do not know whether this is the fault of the hotel or bookings.com, but either way we were disappointed. As many of the area hotels we're already booked at this point my family had to drive a couple more hours before we can find a place to stay.
