Plussat: "These ladies work hard on this plane. They were checking on you and serving food or drink every hour. Always polite and accommodating. The seats are very comfortable and roomy. Great selection of entertainment. I would highly recommend."

Miinukset: "First time my knees have touched the seat in front of me (I'm 5-10). Not sure how much more airlines can squeeze us in. Good seat recline is great if everyone is reclining, if not you will have someone in your lap. Had to ask person in front of me to not recline during meal. What really bothered me though was paying for a reserved seat and finding out we had been moved to the dreaded back row due to an equipment change. Strongly suggest passenger notification for this move. Was able to re-reserve seats on check in but there were some significant angst when I found out about this mischief."

For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Plussat: "the two older female stewards spoke slow enough so I could understand. The customer service rep in the lobby was always friendly, knowlegeable and able to help me. For example, I did not know, when boarding, if we had to show our passports, but I asked him and we did not. I did not grasp the five levels of boarding he mentioned. I knew our group was not handicapped and we were economy, but I did not really know if we were group 4 or 5 to board."
Miinukset: "There was one female steward who made me take my carry on bag from the upper deck and store it below my seat so another lady's much, much larger bag would fit. Her bag was so large, I can't believe it met the standards. On the other hand, this procedure may be the way things work out,for the good of everyone, but it came as a surprise to me. To accomplish the task, she even asked another female to move her carry on from the rack above her to another several rows down. This lady's hair was too big for such a small plane. She talked way too fast in the first monologue. The plane seemed cheap and the sub airline had an air outlet that would not turn off and leaked with water mist. There was an air conditioner that also had a water vapor leak overhead, which my son said was a 'strip' which he could not control. We were seating in the back row. We noticed the plane was operated by Mesa airlines and the plane was assembled in Brazil, giving me a feeling of excessive cost cutting. Also, the pilot had an accent that sort of added to the 'Brazil' thing that he was not a native English speaker. However, he had a good landing at Atlanta near midnight. I did not feel I was on a real 'United' Airlines flight."

Plussat: "The main vegetarian meal (hot dinner) was fine."
Miinukset: "The vegetarian snack was inedible. It was two stale pieces of bread with shredded carrots and cucumbers. Terrible!"

Plussat: "Once I got on the plane, everything was fine and easy. The airport drove me crazy and the lack of confirmation on my ticket was more than annoying."
Miinukset: "The late notification of a change in gate number and the lack of confirmation that I had a reserved seat on the flight. I was kept in suspense right up to the minute I boarded the aircraft. Very nerve wracking."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."

Plussat: "This flight was the smoothest flight I've have ever taken from anywhere in Europe to Atlanta. It felt as though we were floating on the beautiful cumulus clouds outside our windows. The flight was not full, so I had space to "stretch out" a bit making the whole flight time very comfortable."
Miinukset: "I didn't care for the bar-be-qued chicken at lunch nor the ham pizza before our landing. But that's personal taste and I don't consider the food on a flight nearly as important as comfort, timeliness and the efficiency of the crew in all operations."

Plussat: "Everything was great. The boarding process was fast and efficient. The plane was clean and apparently fairly new. The flight attendants were friendly and Lufthansa has more of them than many other airlines which really helps service. Lunch meal was very good."
Miinukset: "Light snack before landing in Atlanta was not bad, but wasn't great either."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system didn't work correctly, only offered James Bond movies, not all the other movies and TV shows that other passengers had available. The flight attendant tried to fix but couldn't. It made a 10 hour flight feel a lot longer because of not having the entertainment options available. For as much as the flight cost, it was very disappointing to not have a properly functioning entertainment system to help pass the time on such a long flight"

Miinukset: "Wifi barely useable, and in fact not useable over North Atlantic; food was just eatable, didn't include salt or pepper, probably because it was already too salty, came is a soup of barbecue sauce. Entertainment choices were limitless and yet BORiNG! Live tv video quality was appalling, I would have said VHS quality, maybe not that good and only sporadically worked"

Miinukset: "The airplane crew was rude. They could have been more nicer regarding food. My mother is diabetic and I asked the lady to get her a small sandwich or something so she can take her meds and plus her sugar levels where getting low. And the lady on her side was really rude and said NO."

Miinukset: "Momondo sold me a so called 'go light' ticket (not disclosed anywhere though) meaning that only 1pc of carry on was allowed! No checked bags unless purchased. Could not see on the price of my ticket that this was the type of new generation low quality tickets. So tired of momondo."

Miinukset: "From Helsinki to Stockholm I missed my flight because we boarded late. Once in Stockholm I had to take two different planes for my destination and in result loosing time"

Miinukset: "SAS is a train wreck. everything they told us was misinformation from the first delay (there were 5 delays, one each hour, before they cancelled) The whole time they would not allow ticket changes while we watched available flights take off for 5 hours. We had no say in the rebooking - they just said wait you will get an email. The SAS workers need to be trained - how about putting up a sign that says "this line for parking vouchers ony'ly" when 300 people are lined up for assistance."

Plussat: "Overall a nice comfortable flight, no problem at all with the flight itself. Staff at check- in and on board were polite and efficient."

Miinukset: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Miinukset: "Wound up having to pay 150$ for checking 2 bags. Almost more than the tickets. Feel ripped off. Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."

Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Miinukset: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Plussat: "This wasn't a very long flight and I didn't eat or drink anything so there isn't really that much to say. But I can say that nothing was a problem at all"

Plussat: "I was only charged half the price for my checked suitcase on the return flight - after I called SAS the day before departure."
Miinukset: "It doesn't really matter that other aspects of the flight were ok when I had to pay £60.00 for my one regular-size suitcase, and I don't find out until I am standing at the check-in counter. Why do travelers have to pay for checked luggage, at all?"

Miinukset: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Miinukset: "Booked SAS Go level which included 1 piece of luggage each. At check-in, we were told that is not the case despite SAS' own website saying that it is. I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

Miinukset: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Miinukset: "Fight was canceled and no email or communication was possible with this company. Called SAS office - CLOSED. Stood in line for 2 hours and no one came or announced anything. Checkin agents were on dope-no help and checking machines not working!"

Miinukset: "I bought full price ticket, not STAND BY SAS DIDN'T LET CHECK IN MY FLIGHT FROM RIGA to SAN DIEGO. So I have problem everywhere . In Oslo I was waiting for my seat more than one hours. I very often was SAS, it was good, but never ever I will use this company again."

Miinukset: "Tight spaces packed in like sardines. FAA seriously needs to look at how these airlines pack us into these seats. Can barely sit in the set, no room to stretch legs, tray table hits my stomach, and I don't even have a big belly. When the guy in front reclines, cannot even get out of my seat. Chaotic boarding process without any order or instructions or announcements, poor food and entertainment."

Miinukset: "They delayed the flight by almost 2 hours. Tried to make me check a carry on bag when the plane wasn't even at 50% capacity and one of the representatives was rude about it. Despite having a delayed flight and not many people on the plane, they still lost one of my bags. They also lied to me about taking care of my other friends who were coming from the same connecting flight as me but was hung up in customs. My friends were traveling with small children but were denied entry to the gate because they were a little behind. I could keep going but never again on Air Canada!!!! Never!!!"

Miinukset: "if the connecting flight from Vancouver to Toronto was not 5+ hrs, and then told one of my luggege was lost, from Vancouver, to go though Security/Immigration and had to wait was not good. It was found and I was able to get to the gate but only 20 min. left... because the flight was late arriving from Montreal. Phew! Two customers had been waiting for a baggage for 24 hrs, there, totally frustrated. Compared to their ssituation, mine was not so serious? Two men at counter were not sympathetic, no emotions showing. Until I paid attention to their problem, a woman showed up, tried to amend the situation. AirCanada's corporate image was damaged by those two men."

Miinukset: "They had nothing together. My first flight was delayed so I got in late and my connecting flight was rescheduled for 5 hours later. Their "free meal voucher" for rescheduling amounts to one slice of pizza and no drink. The airport then lost my checked bag and kept me waiting in one room for 4 of those hours to where I was still rushing to catch my next flight. Air Canada then forgot to assign a plane to my new second flight so I waited another 2 hours to board. Once boarded, the airline made us wait another hour while they loaded bags, then unloaded some of the wrong bags thy put on. They then tacked 25 minutes in the wrong direction and we went all the way back. I have never seen so many people rushing the customer service desks because they missed their connecting flights, throughout the entire time I was stuck in Toronto. Additionally, their "in flight movie system" doesn't work unless you rent one of their iPads. It prompts you to download Java Flash player even if you already have it instead of asking to run it. Then once you allow it, you get a 1-2 second animation then the movie breaks. There are similar errors with their music and tv show features, I tried all of these in my laptop and phone."

Plussat: "The crews were nice and the seats were comfortable"
Miinukset: "There were so much miscommunication. Coming from Hong Kong it was late for 3 hrs , then I need to pick up my luggages and went thru immigration. Missed the flight to Toronto, checked at the counter and was told did not need to pick up my luggage until I got to Atlanta. Well at Toronto, my luggages didn't go through. I had to pick them up and went thru immigration on the USA side again. Missed my flight again! It was so frustrating except all the employees were very nice and helpful."

Miinukset: "Boarding Zones 3-5 is always a mess"

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed multiple times. Was tracking boarding from the Air Canada app as there was nowhere to sit by the departure gate or screens. The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional."

Plussat: "Service, entertainment and comfort were the best features about flying first class when we had actually bought a regular fare ticket!"

Miinukset: "If you're about to serve continental breakfast it doesn't mean that one little sweet pastry is doing that. Not good!"

Miinukset: "1시간이상 딜레이, 비행기를 타고서도 1시간쯤 있었던 것 같다. 그리고... 난 뒤에서 두번째 좌석에 앉았는데, 맨 뒷좌석에서 두 직원이 밥을 먹으며 얼마나 떠들어 대던지... 그리고 돌아다니면서도 주머니에 손을 넣은 채 거의 빼지 않고 말만 많은 젊은남자직원... 정말 건방져보였다. 착륙할 때 얼마나 급정거를 하던지 맨 뒤에 있었던 큰 물병이 떨어져서 맨 앞까지 굴러가더라. 다른 승객도 나와 눈이 마주친 후 무사히 착륙한 것을 축하한다고 쓴웃음을 지으며 농담을 했다. This is the Air Canada."

Plussat: "Excellent and diverse film selection. I broadened my horizons watching documentaries on hacking, gun running, and on an Afghan refugee teen in Iran, a film about a black American teen in Germany, and a French drama."
Miinukset: "Most of the time economy class is uncomfortable because of the lack of foot room. So this time, for the long flight from China, I chose an exit row precisely for the extra leg space. However, there is no footrest at all , which as you're surely aware, is terribly uncomfortable when sitting for long periods, let along trying to sleep. Furthermore, the exit row seats are not provided a substitute for missing the usual back-of-the-seat pocket with magazines ; that means no spot to place books/papers/trash for the entire flight. Finally, I am 5'2 and petite, and was seated between two fairly slim men, and yet we were still all squeezed side to side. I had no elbow rest. I actually rested my head on one man's shoulder, once he was asleep, and hope he didn't notice. While this is unfortunately typical of economy class, it is not decent."

Miinukset: "There were too many things to mention, but I must say the customer service is not a strong point neither is a customer first mindset. The airlines apparent made several changes between my trip and I was threaten with additional bag fees when my ticket was very clear for two carry-ons and to checked bags, which also confirmed when I confirmed my seat request. After I was required to check my bags, I realized my earbuds were in the bag and the flight attendant did not give me a pair and actually told me I could purchase a pair...REALLY!I just did a 15 hour flight from Dubai, you were delayed by 2 hours on my last connecting flight and you can't comp a pair of .25 cent earbuds."

Plussat: "Service and pricing presented a good value to cost ratio"
Miinukset: "The sound quality of the onboard entertainment is shameful espwcially for thisi day and age. The image quality wasn't great either."

Plussat: "The food and the crew."
Miinukset: "The choice of movies was not as many or as good as other airlines that fly between HKG and PDX, such as Delta and Cathay Pacific."

Plussat: "People working at the check-in counter in Sydney were friendly"
Miinukset: "Delayed departure and while I was rebooked for the possibly missed connections already in Sydney it was a premature decision as I would have made the connection in Vancouver. Food on a long flight is important - lousy meals and worst sandwich ever!"

Plussat: "Flawless flight and friendly staff and roomy seating on Air Canada flight"
Miinukset: "Did not have food options I wanted - ran out."

Plussat: "Everything came on time. Staff was professional during a difficult situation"
Miinukset: "Air Canada seems to lack organization or any coordinated effort through out the organization. They have a fully booked flight and instead of making people with hard case luggage check them they crowd them in on the same flight where there are delays trying to get peoples luggage to fit into the bins. Also through the 4 Air Canada flights flight attends were constantly running down the aisle and hitting customers shoulders and not apologizing. it was also disruptive when people were trying to sleep (these were the 3 flights going to hawaii through calgary and vancouver and then back through vancouver. Probably will not fly with Air Canada again till corporate starts considering clients."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for a long time, after so many frequent changes. The airline did not even give an excuse or explanation for the changes and the delay."

Plussat: "The food was pretty good."
Miinukset: "Outdated plane with no built in entertainment for an 8 hour flight, and then they still charged $10 to rent a screen. Bathrooms were gross and there were tissues instead of paper towels. Overall very disappointing and uncomfortable flight."

Miinukset: "AC was helpful arranging a delivery of the delayed luggage. But carrier was further delayed from the scheduled delivery time."

Plussat: "They have television screens"
Miinukset: "Boarding pathetic, crew not friendly, only paid alcoholic beverages, poor food, landing worst of all flights that I had."

Plussat: "The customer service desk at Lufthansa/Air Canada did help us set up additional flights for the next day."
Miinukset: "Since we missed our first flight to Toronto, we missed this flight to Atlanta."

Plussat: "That staff was nice and helpful, they only had food for purchase but it tasted great and wasn't too pricey!"
Miinukset: "The plane should have been retired a year ago. It was an old airbus. Seating was uncomfortable, the entertainment systems outdated, and the aisles were cramped. Thankfully it was a short flight."

Plussat: "none"

Miinukset: "Three hour delay. Getting into Atlanta at 2:00am"

Plussat: "People were helpful & friendly"
Miinukset: "Timing between flights was not enough to make connection. Had to take next available flight."

Plussat: "Clean environment and temperature was pretty constant and comfortable. Staff helpful. The entertainment equipment worked well. This was not the case for for a number of passengers on another carrier's long flight within the past 9 months."
Miinukset: "There was a nice balance of food, beverages and snacks. However, the food quality was not the same as my previous flight. One meal included mashed potatoes and potato salad and I feel a green salad would have been a better balance. Taste was lacking a bit. Movie choices felt limited. This was "the" trip with the noisy, screaming 2yo sitting directly in front of me. I feel for the child and parents and feel some of the issue was the parent. Crew seemed to mostly ignore the situation. I'm a grandma so usually patient but others around me we clearly annoyed."

Plussat: "I bought Business Class because the rate was very competitive. Seat was comfortable enough. Flight departed nearly an hour late, but arrived early at the destination, which helped."
Miinukset: "The flight attendants in first class honestly seemed overworked and had no time for anyone. A request for a mixed whiskey beverage brought a Diet Coke instead. The attendant didn't seem to care at all when the mistake was pointed out, nor did she fix it. Snacks and drinks were essentially flung at us with the care of throwing slop at farm animals. Which pretty much describes the quality of the meal."

Plussat: "Amazing legroom!"
Miinukset: "Poor selections of snacks and drinks"

Plussat: "This was the usual flight. Nothing exceptional. The flight crew were very nice."

Miinukset: "In a 4-5hour flight it would be nice to at least get a complimentary snack on the plane along with the beverage."

Miinukset: "Moving through security and customs in the Toronto airport was incredibly slow, with 4 or 5 checkpoints, all with lines. Staff were polite but there were not enough of them. We almost missed our connecting flight, and our bags apparently did miss it, because they have not yet arrived in Chicago (see previous comments). Air Canada should have seen the problem in terms of timing with the connecting flight and expedited better. Will try to avoid Air Canada in the future, especially if there are connections in Toronto."

Plussat: "NOTHING"

Miinukset: "Crew stopped severing prematurely. He said we were about to land and failed to serve my row and the one behind me. In the end we still had 30 minutes before we started the initial descent. When the person behind me spoke to him about it the steward was rude to him."

Miinukset: "Touchscreen monitors were not the best."

Plussat: "Good seats"
Miinukset: "Boarding process and Entertainment options. Availability of Snacks would also been good"

Plussat: "Great crew n comfort."

Plussat: "The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout)."
Miinukset: "The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late."

Miinukset: "Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)"

Miinukset: "The crew was not particularly pleasant to deal with. Also, the seat kept reclining itself without me ever pressing the button. Had to constantly adjust it."

Plussat: "The captain was able to make up much of the lost time spent boarding."
Miinukset: "The crew were 20 minutes late getting to the plane. The seats were also uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only a 50 minute flight."

Plussat: "That there were no group calls for boarding"

Miinukset: "I had asked for a Muslim.mealor a vegetarian but there wasn't anything so I had only cheese and fruits which was a disappointment"

Plussat: "It was Air Canada to Geneva and Swiss to Lisbon!"
Miinukset: "Leave on time Air Canada!!"

Plussat: "Flight was cancelled."

Miinukset: "Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer."

Plussat: "Very pleased with crew and seats."

Miinukset: "It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket."

Plussat: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Miinukset: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."

Miinukset: "Good"

Miinukset: "Choice of food was very limited as they were missing the food in catalog."

Miinukset: "There is not much variety of what to watch- movies/tv. For a long flight it is a nightmare"

Miinukset: "Very disappointing, Lufthansa airline sold my return ticket to another customers with out notifying me, so i’m stuck in here now and i have to find another ticket. And of course the flight is not refundable."

Plussat: "We did not die."
Miinukset: "Packed in like sardines. Flight attendant would not take the half full cup of coffee from me about 30 minutes before landing so I had to deal with not spilling it during deplaning. Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"

Miinukset: "Switched plane from Brussels to United which saves us 3hrs but then they lost our luggage. This was after we asked them to double-check. They told us that our luggage had been logged-in to our new flight. We are very disappointed in Brussel airline and will not use them again."

Miinukset: "When we arrived in Toronto they sent us to customs even though we didn’t need to go and we missed our connecting flight through Brussels them had to rebook with terrible seats to London now we are almost a day behind schedule..."

Miinukset: "Everything : two hoiurs late, no info, unhelpful crew, terrible food,3 toilets for 200 people... The worst experience in flying"

Miinukset: "We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

Miinukset: "Late departure in Brussels with confusing and inaccurate information. The food was tasteless, my kids and I hardly ate anything because of it. The in-flight entertainment options were pretty limited. Once again, the flight crew was not very friendly or service minded."

Miinukset: "Plane was malfunctioning- the electric went out several times ont be way to take off and right after landing. Food and drinks only for sale. Boarding late"

Miinukset: "Super late due to poor management of runway construction in Brussels No entertainment in the cabin"

Miinukset: "Very dirty plane, limited space poor customer service. Took pictures of stained trays, seats. Very gross."

Plussat: "They had a funny safety video"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by an hour. Not only did this mean that I didn't have a chance to rest in Hamburg, it also meant that I had to sprint to get my connecting flight which was on the other side of a huge U shaped airport."

Miinukset: "Flight was late and I almost missed my connection in Brussels"

Miinukset: "Flught was delayed more than 45 min from Brussels and when we finally arrived to Lisabon they couldn't open a door to Airport building."

Miinukset: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."

Plussat: "The extra leg room was very much worth it! Did the trip both ways. On the way to Europe we went standard economy and economy plus on the way home -- economy plus was much more comfortable over the long duration of the flight"
Miinukset: "The food remains mediocre at best in the economy cabin."

Plussat: "Best business class for travel to and from Europe."

Plussat: "Once on the aircraft, the flight was quite nice. The drinks and food were very good. The flight attendants were very helpful. Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous."
Miinukset: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

Miinukset: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."

Miinukset: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Miinukset: "they lost one of my carry on bags and haven't been found"

Miinukset: "the airbus apparently has warm spots, and could not avoid being too warm for international flight. Once arrived in Malaga, Spain, no signs whatsoever telling me to go to different baggage belt to find my luggage."

Miinukset: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"

Miinukset: "not enough leg room. I had asked for seats with more leg room due to my medical condition and did not get any satisfaction"
