Location was perfect to get to and from the city centre with the tram service just behind the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and departure. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the big balcony and the amazing view. The iron, ironing board and hairdryer were the best I'd used. The shower was fantastic. The reception and bar area were very stylish and welcoming. The complimentary chocolates were a lovely idea.
The steak was fatty. There wasn't alot of selection of drinks because you had ran out of things. The pillows were to soft, there was dust on the tv and no toilet brush. Also no music channels on the tv.
