On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

Miinukset: "No vents at seats on Airbus 300, AC was set at high temp so I was frequently way to warm to be comfortable. This is on both our main flight to Istanbul and our short transfer to Athens. Drink service did not start until 2 1/2 hours into flight. You get what you pay for I suppose. Still 10.5 on a hot plane!!! I usually need a jacket. Food was ...awful."
Plussat: "The food was delicious. I like how whenever there was turbulence, it was announced and we were instructed to put on our seat belts."
Miinukset: "On my ticket, it said Philippine Airlines and there was no terminal mentioned. It's a good thing I didn't go to the Philippine Airlines terminal, which is in NAIA 2. I went to NAIA 1 because I checked the airport website beforehand. Once I was in the airport, people weren't sure if the flight mentioned in my ticket was the Turkish Airline flight because it said Philippine Airlines on my ticket. I also couldn't do an online check-in."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Miinukset: "The seating in coach is a little too cramped - so we were happy that the flight was fairly short. Unfortunately it was delayed about 1.5 hours, so it felt like an even longer flight. The only other complaint I have was that some of the passengers had the most astoundingly powerful body odor, which also really made me wanted to get off the plane as fast as possible!"
Plussat: "The food and the entertainment selection on Turkish Airlines is good."
Miinukset: "Boarding procedures were not directed in an organized manner by Turkish Airlines staff. The gate staff need training in how to run the boarding session in an organized manner i.e. passengers needing assistance first (seniors, families with children under 6), then business class, then Group A, Group B etc. These categories are used by other airlines for good reason - they regulate the flow of people onto the aircraft and prevent out-of-control crowding at the boarding counter. People with legitimate right to board first understandably become irate. In addition, on the flight from Istanbul to Abuja the flight made an unexpected stop in Tunis. Passengers were not advised of this stop in advance and even upon arrival in Tunis it took about 15 minutes for an announcement over the loudspeaker system to explain what was going on and the new arrival time in Abuja etc. This is not acceptable as all passenger need to advise those meeting them on arrival of any delay. My office staff waited at the airport in Abuja for 3 hours which would have been unnecessary with sufficient notice. If told in Istanbul before boarding, I could have advised them to come to pick me up later. Airline staff and crew also need more English training to properly serve passengers going to international destinations."
Plussat: "Despite delays due to weather, we did take off and land as planned. Food and inflight service and entertainment was good."
Miinukset: "At the departure airport there was no information provided about the flight or delays. Airline staff was not helpful. When arriving 2.5 hours late, no gate or transfer information was provided and had the airline staff in Istanbul not lied to us, we would not have had to pay for a hotel and stay in Istanbul overnight."

Miinukset: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."
Plussat: "I have never flown with Lufthansa, but now, I will fly with them any chance I get. The crew were amazing. Friendly and attentive. For airplane food, it was very good and tasty. Received headphones, a pillow and a blanket for the flight. Legroom was good, but probably cramped for people over 6'0" tall. 24 hour online check-in was smooth an trouble free. I like having the boarding pass on my phone. No paper to carry around."

Miinukset: "My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!"
Plussat: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."
Miinukset: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

By the time all were boarded, the plane was late by about 15 minutes to takeoff, and we experienced more delay after that so that on arrival we were an hour delayed. Many missed connections in Vienna as a result. Crew seemed tense and on edge."

Miinukset: "Firstly . The crew were rude ! They did not even response when were calling them from the seat . The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Plussat: "The staff from service center helped me to solve problem with my flight, it was short connection, around 35 minutes, and I missed my aircraft, but in the service center gave me ticket to the next flight, The problem was solved."

Plussat: "I was pleased by the comfort of the seats, the staff on board and the flight itself. The flight actually did not seem at all like 9 hours. And it arrived exactly on time."

As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."

Miinukset: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."
