Huone, jonka saimme oli alimmassa kerroksessa. Ilmastointilaite oli vuotanut laminaattilattialle ison lammikon vettä, huoneessa oli outo tuoksu, allergiselle ei hyvä juttu. Lisäksi ikkuna avautui suoraan terassiravintolaan. Aamulla lattialla kipitti iso "kuoriainen". Valet parkki oli toimiva, mutta erittäin kallis, 43 dollaria vuorokaudelta.

The entertainment at the hotel restaurant nightly.
The staff at the hotel restaurant made attending for happy hour seem like you were a huge inconvenience to them and the wait for service whether a happy hour drink or food - was very long. But because if the fabulous entertainment, we still went nightly to happy hour.

Close to Lincoln Rd. and the beach, good location overall
Bed was terrible, mattress very used, lots of hair everywhere from previous guests (unacceptable for 4*), staff was nice but a bit arrogant and very slow check in and check out, bathroom with glass door and direct "view" at the toilet, lot of unnecessary decorations but no proper wardrobe (seriously very little space for hanging your clothes). As much as I am pro ecological, housekeeper folded our wet towels in nice shape instead of changing them or just leave them to dry on hangers so we had wet towels after the whole day. I was overall very disappointed, I have different opinion about boutique hotel by experience.
