Plussat: Space in cabin, friendly crew and nice food

Miinukset: My only suggestion would be to include instructions on how to control the entertainment center and find things such as the headphones in the armrest.

Plussat: The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.

Miinukset: We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!

Plussat: The gate agent in Medford for delta was awesome

Plussat: That there were TVs on the seats to watch and it was quick boarding

Plussat: The crew was nice, the flight was so short, there was little interaction with them.

Miinukset: Boarding was a disaster, people didn’t have seats which caused a delay in boarding. It was a mess. The seats were uncomfortable and too small. I know it’s a short flight but it was just too tight in there. The flight was delayed and the communication was all over; the time was constantly changin

Miinukset: Flight was delayed several times and they lost my suitcase

Plussat: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!

Miinukset: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding

Plussat: blueberry juice, service and friendliness

Miinukset: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back

Plussat: Flight as such was good and smooth

Miinukset: Better food, but nowadays unless you fly on business or first you are doomed and cramped beyond belief, any improvement comes at a price

Plussat: The crew was helpful and polite, food was good

Miinukset: Would have preferred to watch one comedy movie. The crazy rich Asians was on a lighter side of a movie but I had seen that one already.

Plussat: Crew were good.

Miinukset: Air traffic controllers at Gatwick were pathetic. Had to wait an hour on the runway in Innsbruck because staff was too low.

Plussat: Service manager Alan and crew were lovely, very friendly and felt genuinely happy to help us. I have never been given so much free stuff on a plane before! The snacks and beverage offerings just kept coming. I enjoyed my warm meal. Entertainment offerings were good, and as we were on a newer plane the technology was better than other flights I’ve been on.

Miinukset: Seats could have been a bit more comfortable and roomy, but they were decent and I didn’t have too much trouble sleeping.

Miinukset: We left Baltimore an hour and a half late and missed our connecting flight to Paris.

Plussat: BA

Plussat: Upgrade to business class was fantastic given my then physical condition. Wheelchair assistance to and from airplane smooth and courteous, food and all of service on board fantastic.

Plussat: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.

Miinukset: My headphones didn’t work

Plussat: All was great.

Miinukset: The airline has so many people from far away places waiting too long for their next connections

Plussat: Crew was attentive, friendly and helpful.

Miinukset: Flight was cancelled because the operational issues. No information or help given. Their airport procedures and practices make it extraordinarily challenging and stressful for passengers. We’ll never fly with them again.

Plussat: The food

Miinukset: My seat wasn't working properly and wasn't comfortable.

Miinukset: Hotel for passengers

Plussat: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine

Miinukset: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.

Miinukset: Missed my connecting flight from Helsinki to Miami because the flight from New Delhi, India was delayed by more than 4 hours.

Plussat: I wish I found somebody to take me around

Plussat: Nothing really...

Miinukset: I’m not sure what improvements could be made on a short flight.

Miinukset: They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest

Plussat: Crew was nice and dreamliner is very conforable

Miinukset: New lite fare with no checked lugagge included for long haul flights is ridicolous. Had to pay in both legs.

Plussat: Yes de crew was amazing.

Miinukset: The food could be much better. And the sits also, I think the plain was an old one. Anyway it was a good flight. Thank you.

Miinukset: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Plussat: The crew was amazing .

Plussat: I liked that the ladies look fit and nice ( I mean the flight attendant ladies).

Miinukset: We need the crew to walk in the isles more often. I wanted to drink water a lot but couldn't even contact the crew as they were never around.

Plussat: Entertainment

Miinukset: Entertainment

Plussat: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.

Miinukset: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.

Plussat: The Food was good.

Miinukset: We had a very uncomfortable flight. A passenger right behind us was screaming all through the flight. We need to be refunded part of the ticket cos it was horrible.

Plussat: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.

Miinukset: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.

Plussat: Crew was very professional and helpful.

Miinukset: Transit process at Istanbul airport was not very smooth. Ground staff could have been more helpful.

Plussat: Great crew and all were pleasant and attentive. Best airline I have flown.

Plussat: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Miinukset: The brownies for dessert were terrible. Maybe fruit next time?

Miinukset: just because my seat mate was german and asked in german language , crew member gave her first class sendwich , and i got some cold and nasty , no internet on the plane stop lying to people

Plussat: all great

Plussat: In flight entertainment was definitely above average.

Miinukset: Crew were very impersonal. Didn’t seem to care about the needs of the passengers.

Plussat: Some crew was attentive, others were not. Piloting was good

Miinukset: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Plussat: The food and the fast and efficient customer service.

Miinukset: There was too many parents who were super loud and didn’t care about their children jumping and screaming around the plane for 12hrs. I wish the fly attendants said something to calm down the situation.

Plussat: Brand new aircraft, excellent communication

Miinukset: Small and old aircraft, worse food and the entretainment is almost inexistent, you need to use your device to download an app, is ridiculus,

Miinukset: Not a fan of the elevator music they play. Unnecessary
