Nice access but poor beds

Access to the hotel is great with easy access to the TriMet and shopping. The hot breakfast is a great addition with young kids.

The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the rooms are quite loud. We could here somone playing guitar while we were trying to sleep and the toilet flushing in the room above us was louder in our room than our own.

East coast couple that chose the Oregon coast for our honeymoon. We stayed one night in the Hyatt Place PDX prior to flying home. Staff was friendly, helpful, and offered us a complimentary adult beverage in honor of our honeymoon. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing overall. The room we stayed in was a king and the lay out was very conducive to relaxation, storing our hiking gear, and relaxing. Location of the hotel is located in a suburbia type walkable setting, near standard chain restaurants and stores like Target and Walgreens which makes it convenient for business/families.

The insulation in the walls is poor as sound and vibration carried very easily thought the walls/floor.
