Very very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Vichy and we were provided with maps and advice. We especially loved the lift - it was like being in an old movie

We were picking up our daughter from a study abroad program. We were there for 1 night, We had a family suite with 2 twins in 1 room and full size bed in another for 75 euros. Very basic, clean and friendly. Perfect room for a family. We did not use the breakfast room but looked very nice. Parked on the street for free until 9 am. On a small little street so map carefully.

The owners Alain and Christine were really friendly and made us feel really welcome. They let us check in early as the rooms were ready, we really appreciated that.
