Staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and room was clean, cool and quiet. Great location for old town.
I didn’t like the small toilet room- difficult and noisy to access in middle of the night.

We liked everything. We've choosen the hotel on the ratio price/quality, but recieved more, than expected. Very good location, close to the old town. Amenities, staff, possibility to make tea/coffee at reception during the day. Everything was perfect! Will get back if travel to Ancy once more.

Very expensive hotel as expected in Annecy. What I did not expect was a stained and greasy sofa, electrical socket hanging off the wall and a dead fly in the bed. Our room was changed when we complained however it was a smaller room and we were charged the same price as the original larger room. The member of staff on reception was excellent. Could not fault him.
