Good breakfast - a large selection of dishes
- WiFi with extra charge -It was not possible to change people in the room for the same price as a result of a mistake during the booking - please be careful, because we made a mistake during reservation and book only one room for one person instead two. Even we paid more for single room, it wasn't possibility to add second person to this room without extra costs - we had to pay additional 65 EUR :( - Swimming pools were closed despite the fact that on the website and booking.com was information about able to use them

Bedroom was small and average. Terrible view from the balcony to houses' roofs. Breakfast was ok, nothing special either. Too noisy on the common areas during evening hours.

Didnt try the breakfast. The swimming pool on the top had a very nice view. The personnel didn't complain. Facilities were okay. Rooms were okay
Shower in a very small bath. I prefer a real shower. The rooms are quite outdated. The guards were quite tense. The elevators are very slow.

Location to the beach, breakfast lunch and dinner was good and had a variety of choice for both meat lovers and vegetarians hot & cold food served, food that was ment to be hot was never cold as some reviews suggest, room was adequate for a holiday stay with all your basic needs, All inclusive beer and spirits was fine same goes for the soda drinks etc. All around was a nice stay... staff working at the bar was nice service was good especially from the young guy and lady during the day and lady at evening.... only complaints will be charging for the WiFi and for the safe, we didn’t need to use neither so was not really concerned. waiting staff cleaning the dinning area was also good. No complaints at all had a nice stay despite the weather over the first few days of our stay. We stayed in MLL Caribbean bay from Sunday to Thursday and then moved on to MLL palma bay.
Payment to use the safe and £5 a day pp for WiFi, unheated pool, but I guess during peak summer pool will not need heating.
