We only stayed for two nights and used it purely as a bed and breakfast stop. However, the staff and breakfast were very good.
The noise in the bedroom at night, coming I think, from an extractor fan just outside.

The professionalism of the staff, their helpfulness and friendly demeanour. The excellent service provided (especially as far as room cleaning/tidying was concerened) and the bonus was a lovely indoor swim on a very wet and miserable (weatherwise) weekend. We have visited Jersey twice in the last 6 months but never stayed at the Norfolk Lodge before - we will next time!
