I did not enjoy having to wait for an hour to find my reservation through booking.com; I did not enjoy entering the room for the first time and this room was not clean; I did not enjoy having to change rooms for the second time because the air conditioning did not work; I did not like the two single beds rather than a double bed; and mainly, I did not like the reception service, there is a Japanese tepan on the roof that we need to schedule for dinner, I called on the Wednesday (17) requesting a reservation at 8pm but they told me that they would have to confirm my availability and call me back to warn you, Well, they did not call, but I called again after returning from the city tour, called around 5:00 or 6:00 PM and confirmed that they would have a schedule at 7:00 PM, I was hungry but I decided to wait in the room. On arriving at the roof (at 18:50 p.m.) I was rudely informed that my schedule was only at 7:00 PM, I waited for my schedule, at 7:00 p.m. other people were attended to before me and in disgust I was informed by another official that my schedule it was 8:00 PM At this point I left the cover and forgot my sunglasses (i have pics to comprove time anda location), there were few people in the restaurant, I was sure they would locate but they did not locate, there were 3 more days talking to a thousand people who said the same, "I'll check and return" but nobody did . I lost my patience, my quiet, my sunglasses and they the client, I will never stay in any hotel of the network Iberostar again.
