Everything about it was horrible. It is a motel! It's overall dirty, cracked paint, moldy, cracked doors, smells, rude staff, bugs, spider webs everywhere. The "breakfast" is served in the rental office which has a tiny table. It's sticky and old. They should state it is a motel for people traveling from far and guiding themselves by the photos and ratings. What they promote and advertise (with photos and all) it looks like a pleasant place to stay yet when yo get there and see it you just want to run away. We had to cancel because of the conditions of the place and ended up loosing half the money we paid. They refused to accommodate that for us since their policy states that cancelation within a certain time frame has a one night fee penalty. I understand that and I would have been satisfied if I had canceled for reasons not related to the above mentioned. If the place is being deceitful and is falsely advertised then I shouldn't have to be penalized for cancelation since they area e fulfilling their end. I would not stay there even it if was for free or if someone paid me to stay. It is horrible!!!!! Lastly, booking it trough the specific search sites and not directly from the place is also no guarantee of anything. Neither the website used to so the purchase nor the place of stay take responsibility and work with the customer to make things right when it deals with issues that are not created by the customer (meaning cancelations due to lack of cleanliness and overall dissatisfaction, and being wrongly informed)
