The St. Regis Osaka

The location was perfect. Walking distance to shopping street and Dotonbori. Convenient stores near by, very easy to find something to eat.

The room was not as clean as it needs to be. There is a tons of dust on top of the refrigerator. There is a food stuck on the carpet in my room, seems like its been there for a long time and can’t be cleaned off (or the housekeeping don’t even try to).

Small hotel. Very poor level of service to only serve a very few clients. Our room was extremely small eventhough we paid $800 per new night. Only one restaurant that closes sharply at 10. Quite simple breakfast on s cond day and majorly overpriced. No upgrade is give to Marriot member but everyone know that already. I would not recommend it. You can find a better hotel at leas than half price. Very sad property.
