|Pariisi Charles de Gaulle|
I liked location and breakfast in bed, although it was a poor choice of food and a very bad coffee.
Room was small, unconfortable and smelled on toalet and I had to keep my windows open all the time in a very cold October night. With exception of one person, the rest of the hotel staff was very unfriendly. This is a hotel way too expensive for this kind of experince and not worthed its name (palace!).
Great location, good size family room, and helpful staff.
It has a very good location. There are a lot of interesting places not far from this hotel. It has a French design, enough large room for three person.
One of the man at the reception could not speak in English. But he was very kind and we could understand each other.
The location, calm neighborhood, rooms relatively spacious
overpriced with regard to general quality of services, basic unappealing breakfast, lacks charm, staff needs training etc...
Excellent position and very friendly staff. Very helpful indeed and showed beautiful French hospitality. On a great little authentic street in Paris close to local shops and some good restaurants nearby. Bike hire station close.
Bit further from the Eiffel Tower than you'd think looking at the map.
The place where are the hotel is really great, the view from the fifth floor is also beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, like in France it is. Personnel was the greatest what I have seen in France, so nice and cooperative.
The doors of hotel rooms, it was so hard to close them...and that is all.
Reasonable price in central area. Quiet.
Breakfast service very slow.
The staff were very welcoming and accomodating, including arranging shuttle to the airport and early morning coffee. This is an elegant hotel on a quiet street within walking distance of the Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, the Tuileries, etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman on receiption gave my children the hotels card and said if they got lost to show a police man and he would take them back to there which is something I have never seen before and think it was a excellent idea. We had a family room with one double and two single beds which were very comfortable. The hotel is about 1/2 an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower and about 15 mins to the river. I would stay there again.
Rare family room available, but connecting room very small/cramped. Liked the air conditioning and free WiFi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location near a metro stop. Easy walk to Eiffel or Hotel des Infants. Grocery store conveniently on the same block.
The included breakfast was just coffee, hot chocolate and bread products. If you wanted cheese or meat, it was an additional charge. Seems a bit on the high side price for what you get.
