Ihanan iso huone. Henkilökunta auttoi heti huoneen vaihtamisessa, iso kiitos heille. Ihana uimaallas, vaikka vähä pieni,tuolit ei riitä kaikille, mut me olimme enimmäkseen muualla ja iltapäivällä sai hyvin tuolin.
Jouduimme vaihtaan heti huonetta, kun takapihan alakerran huoneen parveke oven aukaisi, niin vastaan tuli kamala haju. Vasta neljäs huone oli 3 kerroksessa hyvä, ja oli etupihalle päin. Suihkusaippuaa ei täytetty, eikä tokasta päivästä lähtien käsipyyhkeitäkään, vaikka huone oli deluxe. Aamiainen suppea.
Where do i start! 1. Check in - the hotel's card machine wasnt working when we got there. So he said that we have to sit outside and can't go to the room until their wifi system is back up. When i pointed that we were there for 2 nights, and could pay later on in the evening ( whenever their system was fixed ) they asked for my passport as "guarantee". This was absolutely crazy as i wasn't borrowing anything from them - so what did they need guarantee for ? 2. Following the incident of them asking to keep my passport, I was very scared throughout my stay to leave my passport in the room. Not to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but i felt like they wanted to get their hands on mine. Being in a foreign land, my passport was my safety document, and i couldn't bare it getting lost/stolen. 3. Room - I had booked a deluxe room with garden view. Which was a better category room vs standard room / no view room. However, i was given a no-view room. When i pointed it out, they said that their system had it as a garden view room. It was only when i showed the pictures from booking.com that they agreed to their mistake. My view was basically a green asbestos roof!! Forget compensation, they weren't even sorry. Just bluntly said that they would try to get me another room for my 2nd night. Staff acted like i was asking for an upgrade! When i was only asking for the category that i booked! 4. Air conditioning - To add to my troubles, the AC in the room wasnt working. When i first complained, a guy came, pressed the temperature settings a couple of times and said wait 1 hr. I was surprised it would take an hour for AC to work, but i waited patiently. After it didnt cool even for an hour plus, my wife complained again, to which we got a similar response. Finally after 2 hrs, we demanded a room change, and at 11 pm in the night, we were moved to another room by a guy who kept acting like he was doing us a favour.
Lovely hotel and very modern rooms. The pool was very modern and the restaurant had a great view onto the beach. The hotel was in a great location surrounded by bustling streets!
The hotel pool was always packed and there were never any free beds - even though there was space to add some more.
This has been the least service-oriented place I have ever been to so far. The staff hardly speaks any English and is not willing to accommodate ANY requests. For example: We were a group with 3 rooms and wanted to extend our stay for 2 more nights. We were not allowed to extend on the spot but only online, super annoying. Then, we had to check out of our room by 11am and re-checkin and 2pm. Even though the rooms are ready, they don't let you enter even one second before 2pm. We told them we want to stay in our previous rooms, which were even of a lower category than the new ones we had paid for. No chance. Then we asked them to at least move our luggage to the new rooms which of course did not happen. When we came back from our day trip they were completely unprepared. Room cards did not work, luggage was not there. And room cleaning service did not come! All of this is not acceptable and not customer-oriented. Apart from that: 1) In all 3 rooms hot and cold water tabs were wrongly indicated, so some of us had only cold showers because they did not realise. 2) In one of the rooms the sink/shower was smelling extremely bad 3) Fridges make so much noise that you have to turn them off 4) My friend fell in the lobby because it was wet Dear managers, please employ capable, friendly and flexible staff!
Especially loved the convenience of the location and it was a nice quiet resort. Enjoyed the ocean view from our room and when dining.
Bed was slightly too hard for my liking
