Iso hotelli, jonka yhdyskäytävillä ilmastointi ei toiminut.

Breakfast was a very good range. Sitting outside for meals, including breakfast was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful. Availability of bikes for hire was a good idea.

Mainly, the room was VERY hot in August, so hard to sleep. And after giving us the things we asked for ( cups, extra towels) they would take them away during cleaning, so had to hide them in the room ( we were there for a week). I was promised we would not have to change rooms by reception staff and then they locked us out of our room and said we had to change rooms.

breakfast was fantastic!!! fresh, tasty, lots of choices. location was great, near the lake, close to the tram. very nice room: modern facility, big tv. BIG THANKS to the bar staff for helping out with the sick kid situation :-)

the only thing missing was as air conditioning or a fan. it was really hot, because of the wedding downstairs we were not able to leave the window open.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff. Everything is well organized.

Very clean and extremely comfortable beds!
