Great service. I lost my credit card and the concierge was very helpful in getting that resolved. I had to wait 25 minutes for the valet to bring my car for pick up
Sumptuous luxury, privacy, waterfront location, Old North End proximity 500 building felt removed from the hotel and lobby: more residential; try for east-facing room in the building facing the harbor. Difficult to get to due to traffic: allow extra time
Good location. Very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom counter was nice. For the price and quality of hotel I was very disappointed. It was an extra $10 for wifi. The shower was subpar and the toilet had terrible pressure/flushing capabilities. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered cold. There was nothing spectacular about the breakfast and it was $98 for two people.
this hotel is located conveniently to everything we wanted to see, tours, Red Sox game, good food, quiet, comfortable and safe.
very friendly staff, good exercise room facilities: would have liked a regular coffee maker in the room or at least a lot more packets of coffee for the machine in the room. bathroom was a little small but adequate.
The location, loved the views, easy access to all attractions. Found a dirty sock and hair grips lying on the floor
The hotel was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were very helpfull Felt it was a bit overpriced, and a bit far out of the city
good location bed too soft
Big bedroom, confortable bed and pillows. Staff very helpfull. Good location, near the subway. Just the price of the WIFI in the room. But you can go in the business center and it's free.
excellent service, bright spacious hotel, ideally located near tourist attractions & shops, very quiet hotel
What a fantastic Hotel. Staff were Brilliant.Best Hotel I ever Stayed in. Would never say a bad word about this Hotel.
The comfort, cleanliness and good location for ammenities including easy transport (for areas of local and historical interest) and for good resturants etc. no
yes it was good yes it was good
$55 for parking is a joke
Location, very comfortable bed Bathroom too small, water with very low pressure
The service was great. The staff caters to your every need. The room was very comfortable and provided a nice view of the city.
Location Staff was inattentive and seemed bored. I arranged for a crib for my room for my son and upon arrival, it was not in the room which was hugely inconvenient. I had to call to have it brought up. Also, wifi should be free in this hotel.
The shower kept running hot and cold and I could not set a temperature that was relatively consistent
Staff was very attentive and accommodating when I first arrived. I loved the hotel room--clean and classy feel. The location was perfect as I could access so many areas without having to go outside. Nothing to report.
What you would expect from a Westin. Clean, fairly modern rooms, big TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. It's connect by skywalks to other malls so you can get to many places without even hitting the street. Had little interaction with the staff but they were all courteous and efficient.
Didn't like how the website advertises a pool and spa but they have neither.
Comfort of the room is excellent also the facilities to move to the shopping area awesome!!! Nothing
An excellent Boston experience all around
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Pretty good fitness center. Pretty long walk to the Hynes Convention Center, where my meetings were. I always think Internet should be free, and $15 a day seems like gouging. Likewise, great omelette from room service, $55 for breakfast is absurd
No pool due to renovations...not mentioned when reservations were made...not explained when checked in...
Tarek was outstanding at the front desk. It was mayhem and he was efficient and delightful. In addition, Freddie, who ran breakfast like a clock, was a character. Combined with the location, you can't beat this Sheraton.
View with construction........no toothbrush, toothpaste, Q-tips, mouthwash, map at a glance of the hotel and to
Very spacious rooms, great location next to restaurants (a lot of them), shopping, transportation, you name it. Kind of too big. Lobby was filled with tourists and flight attendants, just really massive hotel. I prefer boutique hotels.
It was conveniently located next to public transit and hotels. Rooms were very nice and spacious.
Ist should be normal to use WLAN for free. Noisy room next to elevator.
Cleanliness and accessibility of the hotel Elevators. levators were too busy and the wait was too long.
Loved the location and the view from my room. Overlooking the river and right next to fun shopping and wonderful cafes.
It was a wonderful experience. Very quiet and extremely friendly desk attendants as well as valet service. Valet parking needs to clarify outdoor signs.. I originally thought it was $50 per night, not just one payment.
Great location if you want to stay in the Back Bay Area. Clean rooms and linens. Staff was attentive and quick with requests for more towels etc. Got a great deal on the rate through a promotion on KAYAK, under $200 a night for a holiday weekend.
Great greeting at the Spg counter.
The location is excellent. It is close toe verything. There is no lobby to sit in in the evening.
Water Dispenser is good idea. Shampoo and Conditioner should be separated.
lack of fresh air
So close to all main spots in Boston downtown
This is a nice centrally located hotel with a nice room, including plasma, free wireless internet and great food options for delivery. Definetely a good accommodation for boston - walking distance for everything. The gym was closed.
Clean, modern rooms in great central location. 2nd elevator not working.
Location was great but staff could have been a little nicer.Amenties like iron board and iron were shared with the floor.Room very small but clean.
The price and location was excellent. It was very convenient for my business trip. It was very clean and comfortable. Fitness room was very small. sometimes had to wait or come back to use a machine in the morning.
Convenience, facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff
The one thing I liked the most was the location, it is convenient to a lot of areas. I loved the hotel staff and how friendly they are, as well as the bar/restaurant with entrance from the lobby. Rooms are too small, not comfortable at all, with one chair only in the room, and a lot of construction going on since early Saturday morning. Rooms are always dark with one small window.
Samantha was great as we were checking in. We were a little early for check in so she said the hotel would hold our bags while we toured the city. She came through on the promise of a room with a better view. So happy with the room that over looked Kings Chapel and Old City Hall. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, easy walking distance to anything. Beds were comfortable. Room was a little small but wont stop me from staying again. No free WiFi.
The location was perfect; the freedoms trail was literally right across the street & there's a nice park that takes 5 minutes to get to. Staff was very friendly, shout out to Pedro the valet, dude told me all the places to check out while I was there and they were all great suggestions. The room was pretty small and the elevators scared my girlfriend (2 of the 4 made her paranoid because they were loud and a little shaky). Unless you're a frequent guest or part of some rewards program you have to pay for wi-fi which is pretty lame. No vending machines which seems to be because they want you to take from the mini bar where a snickers bar was around 10 dollars. Luckily there are 2 7-11's that's take 30 seconds to walk to right next to the hotel.
Great location because it's across the street from my corp office. Was clean. As a general rule, I usually enjoy this hotel, stay here often. 1. They couldn't find my reservation when I checked in. I then said that I booked on Kayak.com. They kept looking so I had to find the reservation online and, turns out, the reservation was made through Booking.com. Only then could they find my reservation. Desk clerk seemed like he was on Prozac. Also, I booked a Standard room and I'm pretty sure I got a Petite room because it was about the size of my walk-in closet at home.
A friend of mine who lives locally was surprised I booked their since she said it is really "old". She was right. Main lobby carpet needs replacing. Stepped inside the "fine" dining restaurant and noticed a musty smell associated with "old" carpets and drapes.
Location is fantastic--easy walking distance to all the places of interest. Hotel is itself a historical landmark. Room was rather small, no free wifi.
The staff at the back hotel bar was friendly, excellent and accommodating when the kitchen was about to close in 5 minutes. He even offered to get Guinness on tap from the front bar the Last Hurray. Rooms were clean and they were able to accommodate us with a better view. Bed is comfortable and linens are nice thread count. Decor is classic, wood paneled, gold, red and mustard yellow-- and reminded us of Stephen King's The Shining (where the film was made). Wifi is not included if you book through a third party-- they should change this policy as a courtesy. Drainage in tub was a little slow but this is true of most Boston older buildings.
Not a detail was missed. Truly a 5-star experience!
The staff was very nice. Room was dirty, event in ball room was so loud we couldnt sleep until after midnight.
The historic beauty of the lobby. Desire queen sized beds. The maid inadvertently picked up my husband's tuxedo shirt when changing the bed linen. Although we reported the loss, no one has contacted us since about ever finding it? A disappointed guest :+(
Rooms small. Views terrible. Bathroom really small. If you can, select another hotel. Small. Needs renovations
Location was close to most points of interest in downtown/waterfront Boston. Large lobby and helpful staff. Clean. Would rather have traded nice large entrance and lobby area for a better room size and traded the standard (double) bed for a queen size. Price for what we received was a little on the expensive side. Hotel claims to be 4 star but it doesn't quite make that level. WiFi should have been included as is becoming standard at hotels of this level
Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
View and free shuttle to downtown
The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too. We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise. Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Location, staff, clean. shower was not working properly, room service did not pay complete attention to their duties.
Hotel was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Reservations center rude... Unhelpful ands bad system updates
The hotel is in a great location. It was surrounded by restaurants and the church bell sounded lovely. Room service was delicious, came quickly, and was hot. I was sorry that the room lacked slippers, a shower cap, a complimentary bottle of water, a newspaper, or turndown service. They are having a plumbing problem. The pipes in the shower bang and the shower head looks ready to shoot out of the wall. Breakfast was not delicious and the valets were so slow retrieving our car the following morning that we almost missed our brunch reservation.
The whole ambience of the hotel is really cool. I think they've got it just right - It feels quite informal, however, the staff were spot on! The location is also perfect.
Location was great for Freedom Trail. Attentive service. Outdated TV. Very expensive parking.
We were seated against the wall in the restaurant - the door was like an earthquake every time it was opened - which was frequently
Our stay at the Nine Zero was beyond extraordinary. We called about six hours before check in to see if it would be possible to upgrade to a room with a city view (my husband told the guy at the front desk that we were celebrating out anniversary and seeing a show at the Orpheum Theatre that evening) - we were quickly and without questions upgraded to a king suite on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of the city - we weren't even charged for such an amazing upgrade! nothing. no complaints.
A very clean hotel with efficient and friendly staff no coffee pot in the room and the incredible cost to get a very nice room in downtown Boston near the theaters. $425 is just too much money for a middle class family to pay to go have a fun night on the town. In the future I will make arrangements further in advance so I can find a boutique hotel like John Jeffries House or better for $200 / night. OR, I just won't go for overnight.
Nice how the staff was friendly and catered to the clientele and even those that had dogs staying with them. Nice gym and equipment. Very nice room decor and comfortable bed and queen size beds were nice. Excellent location being close to everything we wanted and close to the subway for easy transportation to anywhere including the airport without having to use the expensive taxi route. I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room to make our own coffee vs. having to go to a local Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for an added cost. That should be a standard for any hotel. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity quickly after taking a shower. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear too much noise from upstairs and side neighbors when using shower/bathrooms and shutting doors.
Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great room service and the shower products are awesome! Mini bar in the room only had soda and tonic water- no alcohol.
We had a great experience. The costumer service and location were excellent.
Rooms and bathrooms were nice, fresh coffee service and water in lobby nice touch. Morning staff was lovely. Convenient to wharf and north end. Lobby has no seatng area at all other that the restaurant, where the music blared way too loud all day. My son was resting in the room and there was literally no quiet place in the hotel to go check email or make a few calls. 2 of my 4 nights there were way overpriced, priced dropped significantly over the weekend. No concierge to help with suggestions, directions, etc. when limited front desk staff is engaged with guests.
Like the vibe and decor Rooms were pretty small and gym was tiny
The room was fabulous; clean pretty and had amenities in case you forgot anything! Staff was friendly and helpful! 24/7 valet parking with come and go access As you please. Also cheapest pRking in the area.
The ambience is cool--contemporary and funky with a sense of humor and fun thrown in. The staff at the front desk were wonderful--friendly, helpful, welcoming. Nice touches--daily complimentary wine bar in the lobby, fun animal print bathrobes in the room. The location is great, walked everywhere. Oh, and it's pet friendly! It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. When I asked at the desk, however, they brought one right up.
Location, helpful staff, quiet room Breakfast seemed pricey but was okay
The room design was modern and clean, but the size of it was really difficult to move around in. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. For the price, I really do not believe I got my money's worth. The AC was set on some Eco setting that only ran when there was movement in the room, it was hot and uncomfortable and i slept terribly. There was no soap in the shower and our view was of a pile of garbage out the window. Also, to valet park it was 47 dollars, which should be free. after spending 355 on a small room.
Within walking distance of everything in the north end which is most of what you would want to see in Boston. The accommodations were well worth the price.
Great location. 0.2 miles from fanuiel hall. Next to a pub and across the street from a restaurant / next to Howel at the moon and walking distance to aquarium, restaurants, bars and harbor... Everything costs money... Parking is $51 extra per night. Wifi is $40 extra per night... King Rooms are tiny... Staff isn't friendly... Hallways are dark... Some valet people are rude, others are absolute dolls... And the lobby is depressing and sets the vibe for the rest of the hotel... Couldn't control heat, felt like cold air was blowing on us all night.
The staff was very accomodating. We never had to wait long for any request. The bathroom was better than most hotels. nothing
Service in the hotel bar. Ordered mimosas while we waited for our car. 4 different waitresses came over to get our order (after we'd already placed it). 10 minutes later, still sans mimosa, I asked one of them if they were coming. As it turns out they won't serve alcohol before 11 AM. Probably something worth mentioning when someone orders!!!!
Being near the harbor. Taxis weren't always available, although the waits were not too long.
The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The room was nicely spacious. It is a lovely hotel conveniently located for the tourist. The appointments were a little less than expected considering the expense/level of accommodation. Nothing major. The furniture was sub-par - the drawers didn't close well, the closet door light weight. The phone lines did not work. There was on-going remodeling work to which the trouble with the phones might be attributed however the issue was not resolved within our four night stay.
good service, helpful staff, enjoyed the food, very comfortable beds, good room facilities, very clean and spacious. nothing to dislike - we enjoyed it all.
Location of hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable but quite small, especially for a 'king room' and oddly designed Thought it was overpriced for the size of the room
Friendly, helpful staff. Located close to attractions we were interested in. Very comfortable room. shower pressure too low.
It was incredibly functional--I stayed in a clean, nice one bed room and for my needs it was perfect. The only thing that didn't quite work was the fact that I was relying fully on public transportation and it is a solid walk from the closet T stop. I could do it, but if you have kids, or ladies, if you're wearing heels, plan to take 'em off to get there!
very clean, nice room, fantastic staff heat in room was uncontrollable. had AC set to 60 degrees with windows open and it was stifling hot in the room all the time. literally sweating thru the night.
Location and room size Staff, difficult to work with. Room was not clean (mold in the bath tub, sinks leaked)
Awesome staff. They helped a lot with restaurants and hot spots of Boston. They asked if I'd like a spacious room.. I got a regular one oddly shaped. They had construction going and woke me up with drills and hammers at 730am both the nights I was there
We checked in, headed up to our room, and found a party going on in it. Upon reporting that to the front desk, they were completely confounded. They found another room (supposedly larger than the first) and gave us drink coupons for the inconvenience. No problem. The room was small. 6" between the end of the bed and the desk. But otherwise ok. So we headed down to the bar and ordered two dry martinis a tiny bit dirty. They were out of Stoli so the bartender gave us a premium Stoli. The drinks came back with so much olive brine that they were green. Not drinkable, so we decided to head out for dinner. Upon leaving the coupons we were told that they didn't apply to premium drinks. We suggested paying the difference (for undrinkable cocktails) and the bartender got an attitude and said "just forget it". Finally, upon leaving the next morning, the smallish elevator stopped on the next floor down and the housecleaner got on with her cart, a big garbage bag stuffed with laundry, and a huge gray garbage can on wheels. We were crammed into the back corner of the elevator with our bags. How strange!
I loved the modern interior design and how friendly and helpful the staff was. My wife and I stayed at the Boxer for two nights for our mini-moon. We told the front desk staff that it was our honeymoon, and then about ten minutes later, a piece of red velvet cake and a bottle of champagne arrived at our door, completely on the house. We were very impressed. My only complaint is that the rooms in the pictures from the website looked bigger than our actual room.
Location, beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean except for under sink and mold in shower. Room was extremely small, bairly ok for one person, VERY cramped for two.
Services was fantastic at this hotel. The room was ready right away, and my request for extra's in the room was honored. Ease of taxi service, and just across the street from the T and garden.
Great service, great location, and a unique feel to the overall hotel.
Staff was fantastic!! Front desk, bartenders, valet...everyone! Super personable and accommodating! I will remember most by name. Room was "loft-like", super cozy unique. Short walking distance to the water, aquarium, good bars and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!
Great location in center of city. Clean and well maintained. Unique and accentric feel. Thin walls, could hear everything going on in the hallway. Hard pillows, my neck and head hurt so bad in the morning. Tiny rooms.
We were very happy with our room and the mini bar had a great selection. The bathroom sliding door was very difficult to open and close.
Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly staff, old fashioned luxury with modern touches, amazing bed
Fun and incredibly hospitable staff. Great location and walking distance to bars/restaurants. Comfortable and modern room. Will stay here again!
I loved how nest and clean the room was. For two people the king bed room would be a bit crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful with each contact I had with them. . I enjoyed it immensely.. Only the size of the room. It would be tight for more than one person.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Fred! I'm not too keen on the standup shower. Sometimes it's nice to soak in a tub while on vacay.
The Lennox has a very beautiful entrance, very good service, located near shopping ( Prudential) and restaurants.
A very nice stay, excellent location (near to the T stores and restaurants, walk distance to the main attractions). Staff very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel.
the parking attendants were very courteous . reception staff were very courteous too.
Fabulous customer service. The luxury of a boutique hotel, the comforts of home.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was on the small side, but beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Quiet.
Great location, good hotel. They should have a kettle in the room.
Central location in Boston with excellent service. Staff is always there to cater to your needs. Spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful boutique hotel. Great restaurant too.
I liked the location and the fact that I was granted a late check-out on the day of departure The constant attention of all the staff located in the lobby. would have liked to walk through there once without having to tell them all how I was doing.
Great staff, too much perfume at the lobby, the bed is too soft, great locations and great sleep because you can't hear the traffic outside, good restaurant.
restaurant was closed for dinner & breakfast
Friendliness of all staff Last time I stayed it cost 75$ a night. I know it was 30 years ago.... I miss Diamond Jims
Comfortable room and helpful staff. House keeping staff entered the room without knocking and need to be more aware of guests who are in their rooms.
This was a great hotel for the price, right in the heart of Boston. The room was nice and clean, and the free wifi was a bonus. I arrived late and needed to get dinner, but the restaurant was closed. The staff recommended Star Market, the 24 hour grocery store (LOL), but walking a couple blocks I found a nearby bar that was still serving food.
Comfortable beds. Nicey decorated room. Pleasant staff. Party crowd in the hallways from 3:30 until 4:30 am even after I asked them to quiet down. Valet parking is $ 50 while a public parking lot is accross the street. Breakfast not included.
The convenience of the location next to Prudential with some of the best local fine dining, and the hospitality of the staff deserve special recognition. The overall ambience is excellent; I highly recommend this place.
Easy check in, clean room and great location. Staff was friendly, professional and eager to help. I had an issue with the town car service they provided (no fault of their own) and they resolved it promptly with apologies. recommend without reservation.
Location is centrally located The room was small and not noise proof
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to attractions. Check out was not until 12pm, maid knocked on door the door four times from 8am till 11:36am. Felt like was being rushed out.
The hotel staff was so courteous and friendly! We were traveling for our anniversary and they were so nice to upgrade our room AND allow us early check-in after we arrived from an early morning flight. I liked the proximity to Boylston and Newberry St. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston. If the hotel was located a little closer to the freedom trail, it would have been perfect for our trip! We didn't mind walking, but did notice it wasn't as central as we thought.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. Andrew and the valet boys were wonderful. Very professional. You could barely turn around in the, less than spacious, bathroom.
The style of the hotel, convenient location and valet parking were nice. They were accommodating with our bags since arriving early. There was nothing spectacular about this hotel. They made us wait until after 3 pm to check in. I gave the woman at the front desk our phone number while we walked around the city so she could let us know when our room was ready. We walked back to the hotel, it was after 3 and still couldn't check in so we waited in the lobby for about another 30 mins. We finally approached the front desk again and it appeared they had forgot to tell us it was ready. The rooms were nice and location convienent but that's about it. It worked well for one night but I wouldn't stay there for an extended period of time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, No restaurant, Two nights I could hear the tenant above me as it sounded like he was bouncing a bowling ball. Only lasted a few minutes each night but not desirable at 11 pm
Nothing, really. The front desk concierge was not at all helpful. He was aloof, abrupt and dismissive. We mistakenly booked a room with one bed instead of two and when we had a rollaway bed delivered it came with only one thin blanket. We had to ask twice for more blankets. We were put in a handicap room which was dark, dismal and clearly not used frequently. There were no electrical outlets to charge our phones (we unplugged a light fixture.) There were no glasses in the bathroom. We were treated to the droning music from the downstairs dance club until 2 AM. There was nothing redeeming about our stay except good pancakes in the morning.
Bar at night was so packed you couldn't get a drink.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was excellent for my needs Price was way too much for the room and amenities. Very poor value for the money. Does not compare to the Four Seasons or the Ritz in comfort price or amenities. Room was not very comfortable and to charge $19.95 for high speed internet per day is outrageous. For the price it should be complimentary. Would not stay there again.
The hotel is very unique for sure. How often do you get to stay in a prison in luxury? The staff is very friendly, and the glass of sparkling wine at check in was lovely. The quiet lobby turns into a very lively nightclub in the evening. Our view was a tiny slice of the Charles river and the Royal Sonesta Hotel. The price for everything from drinks to breakfast is obscene. My husband and I had breakfast in Clink Sunday morning, I had Bacon and eggs, with 6 pieces of red potatoe, and two cold pieces of toast. My husband had the same except he had sausages that were undercooked, and we each had coffee. The total came to $59.92 without tip. We didn't get menus, just ordered, so we were stunned. Buyer beware!!
Very friendly staffs. Free Wifi only for 2 devices per room & it's not the high speed for playing games. Upgrade is $20 extra.
Structure Pretty much everything
We've stayed at the Liberty several times. We love it. Great location, great restaurants, and the lobby is amazing.
There are so many choices of hotels in Boston, but this hotel is unique and definitely luxury. They give 5 star service and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We met up with old friends in Boston and we all stayed the the Liberty, we had an amazing time! Also it was great to be able to come back to the hotel after dinner and the bar scene at the hotel was great. The breakfast at the hotel was overpriced for the portions and service was very slow.
Customer Service was amazing - staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Over all feeling of this place is customer-centric without being stuffy or gratuitous -Would love to go back again! It was a little hard to get to off the highway - but not much they can do about that ;)
The staff was amazing. Great customer service and very knowledgable of Boston. We had lunch at the restaurant "clink". Both the food and service was fantastic. My only complaint was our room. The bed felt a little cheap and was squeaky. The air conditioner seem to have some trouble keeping the room cool. They had robes in the room and although they were clean, they looked worn and were frayed around the collar and sleeves.
Great rooms, great service. Not very family friendly.
The brick work was super cool and the location is top notch. Walking Charles street and public garden was amazing If you stay in the jail rooms the lobby can get a little roudy, but bar closes at 2am so it's quiet after that
andre and young man from new jersey was the best person who hever attended me at a hotel . Top notch. the business center and gym need an upgrade
U arrived early in the day and they checked me into a lovely room.
I like the location in the back bay. We're comfortable there because we have stayed there so many times Elevators are a little slow and packed
The amenities, the restaurants, the staff, the rooms were all very nice. I was very upset with the fact that my room had no internet access other than paying $13 to $17 a day. I am sure when I made my reservation through Kayak that in the description of the room it read that internet access was included. I called the concierge desk but they were of no help to me. As nice as my stay was, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. The elevators were a mess during my stay too. Everyone staying there was upset and complaining about the incredibly long wait times.
Lovely hotel. Elevator system very efficient. Rooms very spacious. Noisy neighbors. Called front desk and they didn't seem to do anything.
the room was very clean, great view of the city and the bed was fantatic.will stay again
It is in the Copley Plaza and as such closed to every thing and like other hotels in Boston, too expensive for what one gets in return, but this one was less expensive. Though Internet was available, only at exorbitant price; amenities in the room, none; one plain bottle of water was $7.50, though we had a nice view to the street, still the room was not cozy, rather detached , impersonal and with white all around gives the sensation one is in a hospital and it is sickening. no night reading lights. In the middle of night to much lights moving to the room frm out side.. It is clear one is not at home!
We were upgraded to a corner room on the 36th floor with an incredible panoramic view of the Charles River and the city of Boston. We were two guys gong to a red sox game and even though I had called ahead to request two twin beds, we were given a room with a king bed and fold out chair.
the view was the best. Have to get private parking, costed same as my stay at the hotel. waited for 1 hour and made 5 calls to get brushes.
Elevators are a disaster, unless you love waiting. No free wifi in the rooms (what year is this????). No fridge in rooms (what year is this???)
I think the hotel feels too old.
Located in large shopping mall in center of town. Very clean and relatively comfortable. Water bottle in room cost $7.50. Elevators very slow on occasion. Very old TV system with limited HD channel selection.
Great views of city and harbor. At the airport. Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Clean everywhere. Staff is top notch and friendly. You get the best but you pay for it too.
everything nothing except that I could only stay for one night
Waited for shuttle bus for 25 minutes when told it would be ten. Couldn't check in until 11:15 pm despite having reservation. Ugh. Staff did best to compensate with reduced rate on room, drink voucher and muffins for my 4:30 am departure. But still missed getting to sleep before early start next day.
Location and shuttle service was fantastic.
Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels. Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
View of airport and Boston Harbor Clean and comfortable Expensive
Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great. Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Loved the outdoor dining with the fire pits. The sunset was amazing and the view of the city. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. No mini bar. No Pool or jacuzzi.
The view from the hotel is beyond words. The staff was great and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy and cozy. I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback
