The location
Everything felt really cheap. The internet was almost unusable unless you paid for the upgrade.

Size of the room and it had 2 desks and a recliner.
Although it had a rcliner, I couldn't get it to recline! Also the room had a distinct smell-like a farm smell.

The location was great , quiet part of Reno with many mining related businesses around, a bank, gas station and food mart are relatively nearby. The breakfast was "meh" instant oatmeal, coffee and muffins as my room had a kitchenette and I had the tools I gave myself a real breakfast.
Stayed for the night , and the things I didn't like were not deal breakers. Maybe ask the host if they would like to cook and will need the utensils, the kitchen was empty of any tools at my arrival ,under the assumption I will not cook (I did breakfast the next morning).
