Beautiful and clean. Location being near the park I expected a quietness. Staffs in general were very kind

They put us on the 6th floor saying it is quiet there although there’s no elevator service for the last one floor. One night, however, there was a family with a kid in the room next to us and the kid started to cry around 21:00 and up until after 1:00 in the morning still crying and we couldn’t get a sleep and thus made a complaint. Next morning, one of the staffs told me that the kid got operated and the way he told me sounded as if I were not considerate but my point is they shouldn’t have told us the room on the top was more quiet than other floors. I have some problem in my knees and using the stairs is a little painful but I did not complain about it having been told we have a quiet room. The way the staff talked to us made us uncomfortable.
