Location great. Towels and bedroom and bathroom clean.
There is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. There was a plastic chair to sit in - it would be better with two comfortable chairs.The bath was marked as though some sort of chemical had been splashed on it and left marks.It should be replaced. Hair dryer didn't work - only just warm air. This was replaced.

Lovely hotel. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Good quality bed linen, comfy pillows. Nice toiletries. Nice breakfast, option of having cooked eggs at additional price. Has a pool which is definitely needed in the summer, we last visited in January.
We would definitely upgrade our room next time. We had basic double with city view. It was very small, which wasn’t a problem for the one night. The bathroom would definitely benefit from a refurbishment, the shower was way to small and needed re-grouting. There wasn’t anywhere to put your toiletries.

The staff was very helpful.
Very old and smells dust a lot, surely they need to renew the bathroom. The bed cover was so dirty with lots of hair. So i asked for the new cover. The brekfast was very poor.

The member of staff at the reception was extremely helpful in terms of giving information about restaurants. Good breakfast - pastries, bread, cheese, yoghurt, a lot of fruits and jams, tea, coffee and fresh juice.
The room had an old smell to it, couldn't quite figure out what it was. The WiFi was also a little weak. There is also no parking on site but there is a car park nearby, however, the lovely receptionist did say there is free parking between certain times on the streets.
