To be able to open my lugage I couldn't open the room door. It had the smallest bathroom that one could imagine. When I told the recepcionist I had made my booking with booking.com seemed like he was looking for the worst room available to give me. The beach that they recomend "closes" at 18:00. I could hit a nail with the breakfast bread instead of usig a hamer.

My room was very clean and modern. Very quiet.
I paid a lot more for a sea view room but had to stand right at the window to see the view, otherwise I just saw the building in front, looking into their rooms.

“We went there for our wedding anniversary and they kindly gave us the room with the gorgeous sea view! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and all the information and brochures about the town and the bike rentals. They've recommend us to go for the lunch to a nearby restaurant called Oasi which had amazing food with gigantic portions which I absolutely recommend to everyone going to Sanremo. The pool was very refreshing and great to chill out after a day of walking around. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good. Bed was comfy.”

“The staff are absolutely brilliant - especially Ivano (sorry if that isn’t spelled correctly) who was smiley and happy always and helped with decaf coffee and anything we needed - lovely man. Very clean and the rooms were serviced every day. Good Italian breakfast served by staff due to COVID regulations but no big wait and lots of choice - it also prevented waste. Nice pool with plenty of loungers - you need a swim cap which is not (to our knowledge) supplied so you need to bring one or you can’t go in the pool. Lift to rooms. Staff are great and all speak English or try to. I hurt / broke my toe and they helped with ice to my room. Great view from sea view window. Air con great. Hot water gets hot and lots of it. Little fridge in room. Lots of cupboard and drawer space. Plenty of parking if you need it.”
