Plussat: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Miinukset: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Miinukset: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Miinukset: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Miinukset: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Plussat: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Miinukset: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Miinukset: There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on.

Miinukset: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Plussat: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless

Miinukset: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Miinukset: Entertainment system was not working on all seats

Plussat: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance

Plussat: The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread.

Miinukset: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.

Plussat: Crew was good, short flight on an older aircraft, everything was fine

Miinukset: Bags got left in Belgrade transferring from Helsinki despite this flight being delayed 30 mins, unsure how that happens...

Plussat: Crew was amaizing, yes, pilot was excelent, smooth landing and taking off. Great gift for kids to play onboard.

Miinukset: Online adding kids meal, no meal appropriate for kids . No usb charging for phones and tablets, only US charger. More movies and games for kids and adults. It is very little.

Miinukset: Not enough time between the connecting flights. The terminals were too far apart, and the local airport transportation took too long to get me to a connection flight terminal.

Plussat: Ehhhhh I was cool with certain things but nothing to like . The people who work there were nice though.

Miinukset: The selection of movies . Very poor . What entertainment?

Plussat: The flight experience was smooth!

Miinukset: A little snafu at the gate with everyone's carry on luggage could have been avoided with better communication.

Miinukset: Boarding area was small for more different flights and there was not possibility to buy water or coffee or any snacks. The only one toilet seat was very dirty, smelly. During a heavy rain the baggage was not covered on the carts and baggage was wet completely.

Plussat: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Miinukset: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Miinukset: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Plussat: Liked the blanket, the nice leather seats. I enjoyed the chicken actually and the breakfast roll.

Miinukset: This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.

Plussat: I like the notice given prior before I get to the airport on regard to a free carry-on check in. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic happy giving me the comfort of a nice travel journey. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Miinukset: Honestly nothing I was really happy with my flight!!!

Plussat: Space, seats, movies.

Miinukset: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.
