The best thing about the hotel were the friendly staff, Jack, the girl managing the Business Lounge on the 20th floor in particular. She helped us make reservations, recommended activities and made our stay so much more comfortable. The location is perfect, right of Avenida Paulista, the place to be. The hotel has a fully equipped gym, which is rare to find.
Because the hotel is quite business oriented, I assume the pool is not used much. The closed pool bar and the pool itself are a bit of a let down for a hotel in this price range.
