Breakfast worker was very helpful.

Unfriendly front desk, was charged four times for the room, still waiting for credit. Ice machines didn't work. Noisy bathroom fan.

The first room had an issue with a leaky air conditioner that flooded the carpet. I found this with my socks. They changed rooms but it does not get better. The hallways have very old carpet and a lot of duct tape on the seams. Broken light fixtures in the hall, broken glass for the fire extinguishers, a lawn mower tucked under the stairs along with a 3 person seat from a minivan, rolled up signs announcing the renaming of the hotel as the Red Lion. Debris all around the back door area. There were abandoned vehicles in the lot with flat tires. The bathroom was very dirty. It appeared workers had used it. After my shower I could see my footprints on the tub floor. No clock in room. Hallways not vacuumed in days if not weeks. Very old blue wallpaper in the hallway. Landscaping at the hotel has not been maintained very well. Overall I would recommend not staying at this Red Lion. I wonder if their corporate office knows how bad it is. Oh yes, there was an air conditioning unit in the hallway. Not sure why. Bad experience.
