USA Inn & Suites Springfield Ohio

USA inn and suites is a druggie hangout and was THE worst hotel to stay in in Springfield. The fridge was dirty, heat didnt work and the air conditioning/heater allowed cold air right into the room. They offered me another blanket which I thought was extremely rude and inconsiderate because there wasnt bit a few cars in the parking lot. Also didnt have hot water. Slept terribly, and when I woke up for breakfast in came to realize going down for the complimentary breakfast was a waste of time, all they had was a few granola bars a couple pop tarts and a gallon of milk that was half way gone. I would never recommend this haunted hotel, I'd rather stay at the drake or the Fairfax than here, to not have heat In the winter was horrible and the staff was too lazy to switch our rooms to a room where the heat worked? I'm sure USA inn and suites will be closed down soon, I'd rather go to a funeral home and relax than that DUMP!!!!!!

There wasn't one thing about USA Inn and Suites that i dd like, even the parking lot is garbage, potholes that could potentially cost you thousands on repair.

There was no hot water eveything in the room was unplugges when we came in and the heat did not want to work right other then that it was okay

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Would give it a negative star if I could. $10 extra for a pet when Redroof Inn offers pets for free. Stayed here two times in two years. And both times hot water was out for days for the entire hotel. Stay Away!

This place is an absolute DUMP. Handwritten signs on the doors, outdated, dirty carpet. Found a crack pipe in the room heater I had to dispose of!!! Room heater did not work. No HOT water for 3 days. Owner should be embarrassed to call this place a hotel!
