There were stains on the bed sheets Bathroom fan did not work Strange smell came from air conditioner when turned on; smelt like urine We stayed in a non-smoking room but could smell a smokey odour in the room Pillows were not comfortable

I vacation every year and stay at this hotel when driving north or south on I77. Keeps me out of the Charlotte traffic. Never been disappointed here.

room completely redone- very clean corridors and lobby - room setup was very comfortable
breakfast was ok - could have used some bacon or sausage- otherwise good
