Seats are not uncomfortable, which is different from some airlines we’ve been on, and we really like the adjustable headrest where the sides can be flipped up to keep your head from rolling around while snoozing. We like that the silverware is actually metal instead of plastic!"

Personally I would prefer a mixed fresh salad with a little bit of ham or chicken on top instead of the attempt at a hot mushy entree. The second meal/dinner was Similar to a hot pocket. The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket – it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request."

I was confused as to what I had supposedly done and I said, "This is my husband" (who was removing his shoes) and this man's reply was "I didn't know that". We were not trying to cause trouble and we cannot understand why he had to yell."

Miinukset: "Space and comfort. Lufthansa is joining too many airlines in figuring out the exact minimal space a human needs to be able to be seems hurtling through the air. This leads to cramped, tight spaces with little to no freedom to shift your body. Because of this limited space, seats can only recline so far and leave one uncomfortable, though that angle is enough to create even less space for the person behind you or for you, when faced with a reclining front neighbor. So, minimal benefit of minimal recline and maximum discomfort caused for that minimal gain."

Miinukset: "I was ask to change seats twice so a family could sit together ( not a problem) but because of the change i was in row 41 and had no more selection on food (already by row 36 they only had pasta). Drinks were slow and we were almost done with lunch by the time the cart came."

Plussat: "The crew was working hard, most were extremely nice and helpful. Their service was excellent. I enjoyed the food and drinks. The plane was clean and looked well-maintained. Most of the flight was smooth."
Miinukset: "Flight from Munich to Charlotte: I do not fly that frequently (just only about 1 or 2 times per year - usually with Lufthansa) so I had no idea that as an Economy class passenger I cannot use the Business class bathroom. I admit my mistake for violating this etiquette. There was no line formed so I just used it, but as I was leaving the toilet a stewardess grabbed my arm and sternly made me aware of my trespassing. She was very professional and I believe it was not her intention; however, she made me feel very stupid for not realizing that the Business class toiled is for the Business class customers only. Don't get me wrong, if I paid premium for my fare I would probably expect less crowded toilets too. In my opinion, this unwritten rule should be made more explicit to the Economy class passengers, as nobody likes to feel embarrassed by mistakenly wandering into an exclusive club they don't belong to. I know there are separating curtains, but they were open. I saw a line forming in the Economy section so my next instinct was to go a different direction, which led me to the Business section. I really needed to use the bathroom, so I did not think of the proper etiquette at the moment."
Plussat: "my favorite airline"
Plussat: "Over the length of the 9.5 hour flight, my time in the Economy class was that the crew were professional, courteous and especially helpful. There is a magnitude of difference between the attitude and professionalism of this airline over any American airline I have flown. In the future, Lufthansa will be my first consideration."
Plussat: "This flight from Munich to Charlotte was operated by Lufthansa. To my surprise (and a little help from a friend) I was upgraded to business class. does not get much better than that !!"

Miinukset: "Check in was very, very slow, for some reason."
Miinukset: "I had problem with my ears - they were stopped and were hurting me badly. I approached first stewardess, she was very unpleasant and she told me that I had to go to the back of the plane, the one in the back of the plane was unpleasant too, she told me she was out of nose drops, did not offer me any additional assistance and told me I better consider not traveling if I have ear problem. Very poor service."

Miinukset: "I fly Lufthansa several times each year. This flight was the worst I can recall. My husband and I purchased exit row seats for additional leg room only to discover that an additional row was added in front of us for people with babies. We were squished behind them with very little leg room. We were surrounded by several babies, all of them crying constantly; this was totally ignored by both the parents and the crew. I was ready to start crying loudly myself, wondering if anyone would pay attention to that. We ordered special meals online but were served regular ones. When I told the attendant that we should be getting special meals, he peevishly and defensively said "you should have told me". These meals are normally served without any special prompts, so I have no idea why he was so angry with me! The crew practically hid from all the crying babies and was avoiding our section of the plane for around six hours. No water served, no one checking on anything. Lastly, my suitcase was cracked and needs to be discarded. altogether: a horror."

Plussat: "We try to fly Lufthansa when we go to Europe (2x a year). This trip we upgraded to more leg room in economy and what a difference! Everything else was the same, which has always been excellent. Munich Airport has great food and shopping. Lufthansa's service is truly impeccable, the airline staff were constantly walking up and down the aisles offering food and drink and comfort. Great end to a three week trip in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and of course Germany!"
Plussat: "Everything on the plane seems clean and well maintained - nothing is broken, worn or soiled. Lufthansa spends a little more effort than other airlines to cut down on waste when it comes to their in-flight food service (real silverware and reuseable dishes). The Munich airport is by far more convenient than Frankfurt when making connections in Germany."
Miinukset: "I was a bit disappointed with the limited seat availability/choices. If you cannot check in online several hours ahead of the departure you are typically left with center/middle seats in the area of the plane."

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.

Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.

Ei ruokataroilua !

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Friendly and professional crew

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Myöhässä taas.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."
Plussat: "Not a lot. Entertainment options on board were decent. Food was alright."
Miinukset: "Everything! Crew were terse, rude and inattentive. Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

Miinukset: "I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket."

Miinukset: "Being told to shut window blinds and spent most of the journey in darkness. No hot drinks. Long gaps between cold drinks. Staff not very friendly."
Miinukset: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Miinukset: "BAD Public Relations: AA announced the flight was overbooked, then called up 3 young ladies. Their reaction was seen by everyone. They had just gone through the entire procedure to get to the gate and were forced to be stranded. FIRST CLASS: food service: could there be a rating less than POOR? we were given 10,000 miles (yes that bad) but just like Whose line - the points don't matter when the airlines is that bad! Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"

Miinukset: "I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money."

Plussat: "Everything. I bought some souvenir magnets from the shop across from Starbucks near Gate C5(?). The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. Miinukset: "No baggage controls from seat 18 to 28 no bags would fit. As we exited all the front rows we're waiting to get there bags stored in back of planes overhead bins. That's just not right, especially when they charge us extra to take a bag for overhead bins storage."
Plussat: "The plane was newer, drinks are available. Seat only reclines half an inch or so so get ready for that."
Miinukset: "Crew on aa is the worst bunch of entitled fools, almost as horrendous as united."
Plussat: "I like the fact we got to Dayton 20 minutes early!"

Miinukset: "Blankets seemed dirty and seats were cramped. Gate was changed but that was not communicated well, so we almost missed the flight."
Miinukset: "The internet wasn't working, and the flight attendant told me there was nothing she could do about it. The touch screens on the back of the seat had difficulty responding to touch. The headphone jacks and headphones they gave us on the plane were not compatible. If it twisted even a bit, it would lose the connection. I understand these may seem petty, but they are things we've come to expect on airline travel. If they aren't going to be there, please let us know when we book our tickets so we can plan accordingly. The flight attendant for my section of the plane was cold and a bit rude. I didn't want to ask her for anything."
Miinukset: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"
Miinukset: "I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."
Plussat: "Liked that one of the flights ha a usb connection to charge my phone"
Miinukset: "It was slightly more cramped in the seating and it was very warm for the duration of the flight"
Plussat: "The trip from st martin was fine in terms of check in. AA opened their windows early so we beat the crowd."
Miinukset: "The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight."

Plussat: "All flights were on time and the flight each way was very quick."
Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."
Plussat: "As usual the plane was clean and everybody involved with American was very friendly."
Miinukset: "There wasn't anything that I did not like I wish they gave you peanuts instead of pretzels or chips"
Miinukset: "Apparently my seat change did not go through because I was still stuck in the last row near the bathrooms. I must say, the fecal aroma really complemented the on set nausea that was triggered by the turbulence. Every time I thought I was gona drift off to sleep I was rudely awakened by the constant "thwacking" of the bathroom doors. The family next to me was nice enough but they did have a toddler who was very loud and unhappy and the tantrums followed. I have been a server for 14 years and generally can brush annoyances off like this but this was by far the worst flight I have been on."
Plussat: "I slept."
Miinukset: "The crew was overall terrible. For someone who also works in customer service, I was actually appalled at the behavior of the AA crew/staff. The flight attendants were ok, but the boarding crew was terrible and unbelievably unhelpful. I asked a staff member at check in if i needed to check my bag and he seemed really annoyed by my question, and refused to be of any help. Wow! He was so unbelievably rude. I ended up paying $25 to check a bag I didn't need to check. I was so disappointed. In the future, I think I will try to avoid flying AA."
Plussat: "The Good: The seat configuration available for an upcharge of $38 gave just enough additional room to make getting my frail elderly mother in and out of her seat and accessing items she needed from a bag stored under the seat ahead of me much easier and safer than it would have been in, say, the sardine can-like conditions of the coach section on United flights."
Miinukset: "The Bad: At boarding, American does not provide pre-boarding for those who need extra time. I was traveling with my elderly mother, who can walk (very) short distances but is quite frail. American was great about providing a wheelchair to the gate, but then we were on our own. Because there was no designated boarding for people needing extra time or assistance, I had to sharp elbow my way to the front of the post-first class boarders and talk folks into letting her through. Stressful for both of us."

Delayed flight, no information as to why, more standing on the runway with no information and after landing, more delays with security gates not working. Just a shambles, lack of communication and lack of customer care.

I was denied to board the flight with no Reason and was told I was marked as No Show meanwhile I was at the airport and the Time if Check-in and the American Airlines Agent by the name Brandon denied to Check me in Smh what a terrible experience I will never forget....purchase my Ticket back in June and only for me to be denied on the day I was scheduled to travel and then I have to purchase a new Ticket directly with Delta .😦😦

Plussat: "This was actually a very pleasant trip. Left a few minutes late (minor mechanical issue) but arrived right on time. Crew was courteous and efficient. The food was the best I have had on any airline in years. Entertainment included a good selection of recent movies."
Miinukset: "I'm 6'2" and slender - those seats are tight in both leg room and shoulder width, hence the "OK" rating for comfort. I was fortunate that my seat mates were also slender so none of us overlapped the armrests, and that the person ahead of me never reclined their seat because I have no idea of where my legs would have fitted had they done so. The only other gripe is that the volume of the entertainment system seems disconnected from the announcement system. The announcement system is WAY louder than the entertainment system - painfully so. I noticed many others around me also ripping off their headphones when a crew announcement commenced."
Plussat: "The staff were professional. Boarding was orderly. The flight was smooth. The lavatories were clean."
Miinukset: "As a tall man, even with an entire row to myself, it was impossible to be comfortable. I had to fold myself like origami to fit. My head and neck was pitched forward, even with the seat back reclined. You got me, next time I’ll spring for business class."
Miinukset: "my ticket was suspended for no reason, asked me get another ticket book , can't board, later a lady ( Sonam ) there in check in counter resolved. The check in Staff Mr. Gaurav at India airport was rude and over smart while talking to me, he pretended he was busy , but who is FREE in this world. Poor experience at the time of check in. and yes Thanks to Sonam who walked extra mile to talk to customer care of british airways and resolved for my ticket. Finally I could board. Even if ticket was suspended why it was not informed me to take any pro active action, why I had to wait in long queue to know that my ticket was suspende, IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF BA ???"

A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Plussat: "Was able to get a bulkhead seat. Wheelchair staff were very efficient at LHR and TPA. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "The there was not a legroom class (or bulkhead seat)that could be pre-specified. I do not really care about other extras extras for premium economy. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front."
Plussat: "No food or entertainment. Flight was delayed, then delayed more because of gate assignment."
Miinukset: "The seats were not comfortable and no entertainment on the flight."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "Because of the cabin crew strike the old biddies pushing the trolleys were smart enough to give the passengers double the quota of wine to keep us quiet so we didn't mind the slow food service. I had an excellent flight sleeping thru half of it."
Miinukset: "The audio provided by the ear buds provided produced very poor results, probably causes long term hearing loss."
Plussat: "Despite a four hour delay the staff was in good spirits and generally pleasant. The entertainment selections were also comprehensive."

Miinukset: "British Airways customer service was terrible. Flight was delayed. We called BA and they told to us to arrive at the later flight and find our connection in London. This was not the right thing to do and we are still not home. We are now stuck in DC, have no clue where our luggage is. BA has provided no information. Not sure why they even have a call line."

Miinukset: "We sat on the runway for 3 hours while they fixed a mechanical problem. This is understandable. However, what was not ok was that the last hour to hour and a half, we were delayed because 2 people decided to leave the airplane and staff were looking for their bags. I find it outrageous that BA inconvenienced 400+ passengers for the sake of 2! This should not happen no matter how much they paid for their seats."

Plussat: "We enjoyed the entertainment on the flight. The crew was great too!"
Miinukset: "We were right in front of the restroom, closest to the back wall. We kept hearing the toilets flush and had to deal with all the people in line for the restrooms. It just felt a little crowded back there. Boarding wasn't ideal either. We were delayed 3 hours and couldn't get a confident update until we actually boarded. The only thing near the gate was a Starbucks that took cash only. That's more of a problem with the airport though. Overall, for an 11 hour flight, it was quite enjoyable."

After boarding we waited on board for over a hour before take off , during which time someone was duct taping the inside of the plane together and I sat on a broken seat . The single flight attendant refused to take trash from people who didn’t finish their beverage . While the plane was reversing there was a huge bang and the plane shook as if we hit something . I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board ."
Miinukset: "My 5-hour flight was delayed 5 hours. Missed all my scheduled events. I had planned for up to 3 hours of issues (delays, traffic, luggage issues, etc.) and it was still not enough to allow me to make my meeting on time. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment system linked to my seat was defective and only provided sound in one ear."

Miinukset: "Boarding a massive 777 is difficult but some how other airlines do it smoother. Not sure how boarding 3 zones at once makes sense, which created a long que. Plus a delayed plane didn’t help the matter Unnecessary comments by one crew member while passengers were putting away their luggage were over heard and provided no value to the situations. Cup of noodles and a 3 tiny pieces of beef plate were provided for dinner which was very disappointing. While a typical egg breakfast and snack were also provided. Hot beverages were generally not served due to turbulence and water service during the 12hr flight was minimal."

Plussat: "A customer service agent rebooked us on a flight 2/4 via Boston to YYZ."
Miinukset: "The rebooked flight was also cancelled and the counter staff in Boston were not helpful. We were stranded in Boston and never made it to Toronto. We had to find our own way back to NY Air Canada, meanwhile,was still selling seats at exorbitant prices while thousands of passengers were left stranded I travel several times a month and will ensure that I avoid travel with Air Canada. I will also let met friends and colleagues know not to use Kayak or fly with Air Canada. Because I booked with Kayak, Air Canada would not resolve the problem"

Plussat: "Great great great staff on the flight. Fast direct service ... Landing in T1 Dublin really speeds things . Checkin in good until.... See below"
Miinukset: "Plane was late leaving. Food was served around 2-2:30 am. Realize this budget but still 750$... Movies - player kept stalling Check in ... Crazy on bag drop at check in #5 lane in departures in Toronto. Perhaps one more staff at high volume to make sure the folk in the bag drop line actually have bag tags. Travel to same route last year at this time and it was the same experience."
Plussat: "Nothing. NOTHING."
Miinukset: "It took two hours to check my bag at the airport. The plane engine needed to be jump started, and I missed my connection flight to Paris. I had to spend an entire day stuck in Toronto, sick from terrible Hotel and airport food, cheap vouchers for terrible food, I missed my traveling companion who made the flight to Paris. I left my hat on the plane after the terrible flight in which they refused us any basic courtesies for the numerous passengers who were about to be stranded, and then the grooming crew kept my hat instead of turning it in to lost and found. Best part? Customer service told me that since I booked via Kayak, that I was not a valued customer and that they would not extend any courtesies to me for destroying my work trip itinerary."
Plussat: "Didn't like much about this flight. Only benefit was the price and I wish I would have paid more to fly with someone else."
Miinukset: "Flew Air Canada to the east coast for a vacation. They lost my bag on the way over. Understandable. Things happen. I reported it missing at the airport. My vacation has come and gone and still no bag. Here we are 9 days later and no update or anything. Their baggage center is a NIGHTMARE. I wait on hold for over an hour each time only to be greeted by someone who couldn't care less about my issues. Every person has told me something different. It is beyond frustrating. Highly doubt I will ever see that bag again."
Miinukset: "They sold my mom's tix. Didn't let her board. She had to buy new ticket!!! For 1200!!! Terrible experience"

Plussat: "The cabin service was amazing, the staff was so prompt and courteous, I am a frequent flyer on Air Canada and I love flying Air Canada."
Plussat: "Nothing! Unpleasant unhelpful crew at gate, no better onboard, absolutely moist cramped seating ever! Disorganized and late- boarding, departing, waited to disembark at arrival, 25 min before first bag off baggage......dreadful no one cares"
Miinukset: "Thank you for choosing Air Canada- smiles and goodbyes- where's all that Before you leave? They treat you like problem cattle to be dealt with, you're anonymous and valueless until you leave then they look at you and thank you?! Missing sincerity And service!"

Plussat: "The in-flight staff were friendly."
Miinukset: "We avoid Air Canada and after this flight that will continue. First, they wanted $400 for the return trip to guarantee that my wife and I sit together. To guarantee that we sit together and that it would be safe for her 28in femurs it would be $800. Then the Orlando leg of our trip was delayed by two hours, guaranteeing that we would miss our connecting flight. They would not make arrangements prior to departure, nor would they respond to any enquiries from any of the passengers about their connecting flight arrangements. On arrival in Toronto, as we pulled up to the gate, they announced that they had found alternate connections for all but 4 passengers that we would get more information outside. There was nobody at the gate. There was noone at customs. We did not know if we had a connecting flight, or if we had to pick-up our luggage. Nobody from Air Canada gave us any information. We asked security at baggage if we should go on to connecting flights or wait for luggage and were only informed that once we leave the baggage area we couldn't return. When we got to the terminal entrance for connecting flights, we were told (by security) that we could not enter without a new boarding pass. THEY directed us to the line for Air Canada (no indication if we were in the right line, but other people in the line were in the same situation. We finally got to the counter and were informed that we were on the last flight of the night and given boarding passes. Thank heavens that my credit card has priority pass membership. Delays happen. The way Air Canada handles it turned a minor annoyance into a maximum-stress situation. We already avoid Air Canada because they took away almost 50,000 travel miles for not flying for one year. We will work even harder to avoid them in the future."
Plussat: "Meals were good and I do like the premium economy seats."
Miinukset: "One issue that the premium economy seats have is that they recline button is very stiff to push. Then when you have final pushed it in then push back on the seat it falls to the full recline position, potentially surprising the passenger behind. I thought this was isolated to this flight but have now encountered in 2 subsequent flights in AC premium economy."

Miinukset: "If you're about to serve continental breakfast it doesn't mean that one little sweet pastry is doing that. Not good!"

Plussat: "Im not impressed with air canada. Every time I fly with them there is ALWAYS a delay. I understand that they cant help weather. But when your flight gets delayed over an hour due to their own computer system failing on the way to newyork and to not be compinsated at all its not acceptable. Even on my way home from newyork we were supose to board at 7:55pm and ended up boarding at 9:40pm. they decided to pick and choose people to be boarded on the earlier flight that was right before mine. Not at all fair. I used my whole 30 minutes free wifi (that cuts in and out constantly)before we found out about the delay then I was left with nothing. Not cool when you cant contact anyone. Also REALLY ANNOYING. and the staff are rude if you ask them anything. Then on the plane i wasted 5 bucks trying to buy wifi since you guys dont even have it on your planes for free like delta does. Even then you pay for the worst wifi on the planet where your messages take a half hour to go through and over my whole hour and 10 minute flight i had 3 messages because of your horrible gogo wifi. Waste of money. Overall this whole air canada experience made me want to rip my hair out and stressed me out to the point that I dont want to fly again. I will more then likely not fly with you guys if it can be avoided"

Miinukset: "I find over the past 25 years that I have been flying with Air Canada the customer service has really went to the dumps !!! Every body is rude and don't understand why."
Plussat: "flight was on time, movie selection was great, comfortable three hour flight, flight attendants were awesome. I will fly air canada again if the price is right."
Miinukset: "What I didn't like is out of the control of the air canada staff. People can't follow simple instructions regarding when and how to board."
Plussat: "Not certain the type of aircraft used for the flight from Orlando to Toronto, but it had more leg room and more comfortable seats that the flight to Orlando which was on an Airbus. The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Miinukset: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."
Plussat: "Comfortable ride and on time"
Miinukset: "Compared to the flight over with Lufthansa, the food, drinks and treatment by the flight attendants was not nearly as good."
Plussat: "The crew was very accommodating of the negative situation my boyfriend was in. He was suffering from food poisoning from the previous flight and was unable to hold it in before the plane took off. They were very gracious with making sure that he had sufficient vomit bags and after the fasten seat belt light turned off, they allowed him to move seats in order to sit closer to the bathrooms. While this was a very difficult journey for him, the crew made it slightly more bearable."
Miinukset: "The fact that my ticket said something different from my itinerary and I spent far too long at the counter to get a seat assignment."
Plussat: "The flight itself was fine, free WiFi on board, movies to watch, stewards and stewardesses on board were very kind and attentive."
Miinukset: "I was originally flying WestJet, and the 7:05 AM flight I booked was cancelled. I hopped online and booked the 8:10 AM flight via Air Canada back to Boston. First, the flight was oversold, so only AFTER I was able to check my bag did I learn that I was flying stand-by. Completely nerve wracking. If I had known in advance I would have booked with another airline. I was able to get on the flight thanks to some volunteers who gave up their seats on the 8:10 AM flight for the next flight out (10:10 AM) in return for some monetary compensation. I arrived in Boston, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I learned my bag was put on the 10:10 AM flight rather than the 10:10 AM flight, but only after dealing with a snappy and disrespectful check-in attendant that seemed to not believe me that my bags indeed did not arrive. The office for baggage services for Air Canada was vacant and locked next to the carousel. Myself and a couple of other travelers, upon getting to the check-in counter and explaining the situation mistakenly lumped us all together and said "okay so you're all traveling together and your bags need to go the same place". Me: "No, that's incorrect, we are not related or traveling together, we just all have the same issue--none of our bags have arrived". Other Air Canada representative, who up to this point had not been involved in the exchange: "She didn't ask you if you were related, she asked you if your bags were lost" and then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away from the counter. I suppose she misinterpreted my concern for rudeness and felt the need to put me in my place. Granted, my early morning flight cancellation and the stress associated with flying standby had nothing to do with them, but the attitude I was given as a concerned traveler whose bag was potentially lost was completely unwarranted. Compounded with the frustration of the entire morning I cannot describe how infuriating this exchange added up to being. I was told my bag would be delivered to my home by 4 PM that day. No bag. Got a phone call at 7 PM - they'd be there in the next hour. 10:00 PM and going to bed: No bag. I gave up and prepared to make a claim in the morning. 8:30 AM Sunday morning - my bag is sitting on my front porch wrapped in a trash bag. What a fiasco."

Plussat: "Thanks to the Air Canada for helping me take an earlier flight and make my connection in Vancouver"

Miinukset: "3 mechanical problems. Two missed flights. 16 hours late. Lost luggage. The crew sent us at wrong place, we were stuck in a room until 6:30 am. We had to sleep on chairs. Everything that could go bad went bad. Will never ever fly with Air Canada again. That is a promise."
Plussat: "Boarding and customs were fine, and the crew was pleasant"
Miinukset: "Way too little food for the flight. My teenage daughter was starving by the time we got to London. If you are flying Air Canada, bring along extra food/snacks."

Miinukset: "both restrooms were in poor shape (as compared to typical airline restrooms) and it seemed that they had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while."
Plussat: "Crew very polite and professional."
Miinukset: "My luggage didn't arrive at destination, so this caused a bit of a problem for me as Philadelphia was not my final destination. I had to take a bus the next morning at 7AM to Pittsburgh. My luggage finally was delivered to me within 48 hours, so that was great."
Plussat: "It was good!"
