The variety of food on offer was great and the value for money on the all inclusive exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful the pool area and bar is so pretty with lots of entertainment. Location was great looking right at the beach, loved it here!

Fab few days. Totally relaxing.

Happy helpful staff from the very beginning. Excellent atmoshere and comfortable furnishings. Buffet meals with really good covid 19 measures in place. Fresh, varied and well prepared food served in 3 different sittings. Pool areas well able to accommodate residents. Bedroom and bed were very comfortable and super clean.

When booking in and deciding which meal setting to chose it would be advisable to explain that the bar closes at 11pm for All Inclusive customers(12mn for others). As the last sitting finishes at 10:30pm it is a bit dissappointing to find out about closing at 11pm. Manager did offer a change of sittings, thank you. All inclusive does not include bottled water !

Everything was excellent, the entertainment team was unreal, had so much fun and activities, bar staff very friendly and helpful.

Big down side was food, we not fussy eaters but some days was very hard to find what to eat. For canteen and snack bar I would give only 1 or 2 stars. And beach towels if you want to change for clean ones they charge 2 euro I never hear that before, I thought that was wee bit to much.

Nice little building, quite hotel

We did experience an issue with the room, this was dealt with swiftly and very professionally by the duty manager Antonio. He is a credit to the hotel.

We needed a place to stay for one night before an early flight and chose this hotel because of its good reviews and excellent price. We didn't expect it to be as good as it was! Fabulous friendly staff, avcomfortable room with great bed, seaviews. Much more modern with a great vibe than we'd been prepared for! It's on a quiet edge of Benidorm but still easy to walk in to the lively bars if that's your thing. Also some great beach bars straight opposite. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely return for longer.

Wonderfull accomodation with an excellent kitchen . Friendly staff !!!!! The room was clean and spacy . The all-in formula is amazing .

We 've noticed that during the weekend in this periode, there are much more (local) Spanish people staying in the hotel and they were very loud, even in the early night . But that is something complete outside the responsability of the hotel .

The room was very nice and food good

The reception staff were very poor and ignorant also paid for car parking and car park no where near to our room which for someone with walking difficulties was no good and cost 9€ per night.

Disappointed that you couldn't have tea and coffee after the meals in the dining room. If you did want tea and coffee you had to go all the way to the bar to get it.

I can’t complain about anything

We only stayed for 1 night after arriving at Malaga airport on our way deeper into Andalusia. The hotel is well located at the waterfront , close to some good restaurants. The resort offers lots of activities but this hadnt been that much interesting for us then.

The breakfast is a standard continental breakfast, don’t expect that much surprises or fresh products. We booked a room with double bed and got a room with two separate beds close together , which started to move once we moved.

Very nice hotel. The double room was spacious, neat and clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly. The cleaners are working all day to keep the hotel clean and it shows. Plenty of sunbeds at both pools. Located near the beach (across the street) and train station.

The hotel was very busy and you could see it for example at the buffet restaurant. The people were waiting in line to get a table. It was very chaotic and the staff at the restaurant was unfriendly.

Lovely modern room. Very comfortable. Great location opposite beach and on the edge of Torremolinos.

The beds were hard.... (But that’s my preference couldn’t sleep!!!) The room we were given the glass door was cracked.... We asked to move which they did .... We also wanted a view of the sea which we were prepared to pay the supplement but they didn’t get back to us as they were taken....

Great location (very close to walk to train station and the old town), room was nice and clean, breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful.

Both windows in my room and bathroom faced the interior well and it was quite loud.

Large sea side resort with lots of organised activities as well as facilities to keep you occupied. Animators are employed to make your stay fun. We stayed on half board basis but all inclusive is also possible. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was varied, there was some sort of entertainment every evening. The resort is made up of at least 20 buildings with beautiful palm tree lined walkways in between. The beach is right across the road. Not much in the area other then more hotels and the beach and a handful of restaurants and small shops. But you probably wouldn't want to leave the resort anyway. If you do, then you can walk 5 minutes to Los Alamos train station and be in Malaga within half and hour

Although it was only a brief overnight stay before catching a flight it was more than adequate, nice comfy and clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the location suited my needs with a short walk into local shops and bars.

Doors to rooms seemed to slam (or were slammed) excessively when closed which was a bit annoying as was woken a couple of times, otherwise nothing to complain about at all.

It’s been recently renewed and is very comfortable.

They had late night karaoke and I would have liked some warning at check in, especially as I told the receptionist that I had to get up at 5am. I had breakfast included, receptionist told me they they could make an exception and have some breakfast for me at 5.30am, this was not done.

Charged at dinner table for glass of wine , I thought the wine was free when it was on display No notice to tell guest on half board that it was not free I felt very embarrassed as I am very honest person in life

Very handicap friendly. Our daughter sits in a wheelchair. Everything is accessible, even the pool with a special seat!

A minus is the closeness to the airport. You hear and see planes take off during the day until late evening. It didn‘t bother us as such but it can be disturbing.

Place, near the sea.

The staff - 10/10. Starting from the front desk, receptionists, runners/waiters in the restaurant to the entertainers, who did an exceptional job. Thank you!

The pool closes early

The stay in the hotel was great and I loved the idea of Villa and Hotel rooms where one has the option to stay in a villa or a hotel. The hotel has alot of activities which keeps you and your family very busy and the location is just perfect and I can say that they keep cleanliness in their mind at all times.

During the breakfast I could see that their was a little lack of management as nobody is their to guide you where to sit and it follows the first come first serve procedure which I find it a little awkward as when the seats are full one just roams around so I guess the hotel needs to introduce a procedure where they need to follow the line system and guide the people to their available seats. To my visit to the beach I couldn't find the allocated place for the hotel so I could lay down next to the sea so im guessing their isn't a set place for the hotel or if their is then its not very clear where its situated. If you're traveling with a car, its a little hard to find the entrance as you have to go to another street to find the reception and park your car. Google maps does not show the reception direction and their are no sign boards to guide you towards the reception or the main entrance for the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and it is amazing except for the fact that the pine apple juice I tried was not the original juice and was a boxed one and I could see many people adding water to it so the strong taste reduces and secondly the scrambled eggs were not the real eggs, they were this artificial product which hotels normally use ( it tastes better then egg but its not an egg ) and i'd prefer to have the real products then artificial food if I take the option of bed and breakfast. We had a villa and their were 2 single beds but the whole night the beds slipped away from each other due to the fact that their is a wooden floor and their is nothing that holds the bed from moving. So with every turn you take at night your bed will move which wasn't very comfortable at night.

Loved our stay here, shame didn’t stay longer. Such a beautiful hotel, it’s like a a village of its own. The pools were amazing. We had the all inclusive and it was great, food was great, room was lovely and spacious. Will surely be back here

The pools, the kids area and club, the food, the staff very friendly and caring, the proximity of the beach, the chiringuitos on the beach, the atmosphere in the hotel. The kids water playground is excellent and a lot of fun for both kids and parents.

The coffee was pretty bad, couldn't buy ice-cream anywhere if you don't have all included, and small extras like safe deposit and beach towels. There was no shadow on the kids playground (not the water playground but the mini-club playground).

Beautiful surroundings in and around the hotel. Extremely clean, fabulous pools, quiet family area. Beautiful beach with plenty of wonderful beach bars and restaurants. Only 5 mins away from train station and bus stop directly outside the hotel. Great selection of food. Especially for the child menu. Great child animators and child club.

Reception can be busy at the best of times. Should be bar/restaurant to purchase food if not in all inclusive. And the usual complaint that if ur not up early you have less chance of getting sun loungers..

Very impressive hotel, very modern and safe. Excellent food although breakfast is a bit chaotic. Very clean and well run by staff and management.

Arrived at 8pm and our room wasn't even ready! We booked 2 rooms and they were at opposite sides of the complex despite requesting them close together. No help when requesting transfer car companies either. We had to randomly book online, hoping we weren't getting scammed.
