If you do not have a laptop they should at least let you have free internet in the lobby

The quality of the rooms - great bed, view, bathroom, cleaniness, breakfast delivered to the room.

The staff was not so nice, once I felt even offended when I went with my husband to the pool and the man from the help desk handed a form for adults only to my husband and when I asked if it is only one per room or what, he asked loudly and with surprise: "And you already had your 18th birthday?!".

services and facilities were up to 5 star standard Staff tried hard to help

the price of the inroom internet was excessive and meant that i would not use it

The spa/healthclub and pool area on the 43rd floor with a panoramic view of the city is great! The concierge at the hotel is the best to ask for recomendations. And the comfort of the room and the roomservice menu get top points as well! You definitely get value for money here.

The service from the hotel staff was polite, but not overly warm and friendly.
