They were able to upgrade our reservation without us even asking. They charged us the same price that we were quoted when we made our reservation. Staff was very kind and went out of their way.

Location was perfect! And they did upgrade our room.
The air quality in the room was poor. The room had a musty smell as well. I also found the room to be a little cluttered.

Beds were like lumpy rocks. Room smelled musty. Rugs were frayed. Checkin in was unpleasant. Walls were "thin"

When I first got to the motel my first response was that I had made a big mistake. THe front looks fine but when we went around to the back it was a bit scary. Part of the roof was off the back section and workers were standing around on the loft watching us approach the building. We were the only people in the parking lot. However, other customers arrived, the workers did not bother us and the room was fine. The room was very clean and ac worked. We didnt receive wash cloths the 2nd day. Towels yes but no wash cloths. We had to wait about an hr the second day for coffee. Lounge was locked. There was a lot of little things that were not taken care of. Over all I would stay here again
