Plussat: Room&Breakfast 051 on viihtyisä ja tyylikäs paikka, joka sijaitsee erinomaisesti keskellä kaupunkia. Vastaanotto oli erittäin lämmin kiitos ystävällisen henkilökunnan, joka puhui englantia todella sujuvasti. Kaikki oli erittäin siistiä ja hyvässä järjestyksessä niin huoneessa kuin vastaanotto-aamiaistilassakin. Sisustus on tyylikäs ja lämminhenkinen niin kuin ilmapiirikin. Saatavilla oli myös kahvia ja pientä purtavaa. Suosittelen!

Plussat: The location is perfect. Just below the Two Towers, a few minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. The room was clean, fresh towels every day. Hosts were very helpful.

Miinukset: Some could say that the breakfast is not fancy enough. We were OK with it.

Plussat: Lovely, comfortable, excellent breakfast, snacks, and outstanding service from the onsite manager.

Plussat: This is a lovely b&b, very tastefully decorated and comfortable bed and large bathroom. Our hosts also friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions. The breakfast room and 24 hour tea & coffee was great.We had 2 dogs which were very welcomed, even were treated to plate of dog biscuits each, nice touch. The location is excellent, right by the 2 towers.

Plussat: Very good location in the heart of the city. Cristina is a pleasant host and she is trying to help her guests, although sometime the information is not detailed enough for foreign visitors.

Plussat: Exellent location, amazing service, fastest room service ever (took about 6 minutes to get our cuppucinos in bed at six o'clock in the morning), and a very nice cafe and restaurant. Definitely coming back!

Miinukset: The gym is very small, and not open 24 ours.

Plussat: Perfect central location. The staff are professional, polite and friendly. The hotel has a lovely bar area. Rooms are very clean. Sheets are changed everyday.

Plussat: the location is great even though very hard to get there.

Miinukset: We got there late at night and could not get to the street. The stuff is nice and polite. the hotel was too kitchy for us, the price was very high for the value. The room they gave us was very far and noisy from the motors of the a\c. With this cost you would expect more!

Plussat: Service was excellent! The best I have ever experienced. Real 5 star service from the doorman, front desk, restaurant staff, bar tender, housekeeping, etc., all the employees were extremely courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. Hotel is very nicely and tastefully decorated, lots of artwork and fancy walls, ceilings, etc, and our room was very comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade upon check-in (from a deluxe room to a grand deluxe). Location is perfect - it is right in the middle of town, close to all the attractions, restuarants, and shopping. Yet the inside of the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was AMAZING!! Excellent food, lots of choices, and of course excellent service from the staff. I think it would be OK for kids, but it is probably better suited for adults. My wife and I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this hotel!

Miinukset: There is a small gym which I would have liked to be bigger with more equipment The grand deluxe room was a good size, but I think the standard rooms are quite small, especially for what U.S. tourists are used to.

Plussat: The service was excellent and the room very clean. The location is unbeatable.

Miinukset: The room could have more confortable sitting like an arm chair for example. The price was a bit over the top. Breakfast could be improved by for example warm croissants and toast instead of cold ones and fresh juices offered as part of the continental menu.

Plussat: Everything. The hotel employees went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculately clean and decorated extremely tastefully. All in all an amazing stay.

Miinukset: For a leading hotel of the world the spa was slightly limited but we appreciate that the building is old so it’s limited as to how much they can put in.

Plussat: Very charming 5 stars hotel in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel to friends and work colleagues. Nice facilities and friendly staff.

Miinukset: In the city there are no really many other 5 starts hotels that you can compare this hotel with. Overall everything met my expectations and there was nothing that I didn't like.

Miinukset: the hotel is not stylish, it has been tampered with over and over again. The room (109) was small, the bathroom was small, no complimentary water, the walls were decorated by a group of cartoon artists, which was pretty awful. The airconditioning could not be turned off in the room but was centrally regulated, from the reception.

Plussat: Staff were excellent although they did not replenish the tea sachets in our 3 day stay

Plussat: Close to the Piazza Maggiore, friendly staff, a lovely room with a big bath tub and a very comfortable bed. After working in Lombardia for the two weeks previously, I enjoyed my night in Bologna at the hotel very much and was able to finally relax with ease here. It was just a shame I had such an early flight as I didn't want to leave.

Plussat: We stayed in one of the apartment. Lovely, clean and perfect location. The bed was super comfortable.

Plussat: Wonderful hotel just next to the Cathedral on a very quiet side street. We brought a car which made the first night a challenge because we did not realize it was permitted to drive in the pedestrian zone if you are parking at the hotel. But, after parking in a public lot and walking to the hotel, one of the staff members came back with me, sat in the car, directed me to the garage, took out the luggage and parked it. Just a terrific hotel.

Miinukset: Not much. The bar was on demand with a bell to request service, not a scene, so we went elsewhere for drinks.

Plussat: The rooms were all unique with a bologna related story for each one. The location was super central but on a really quiet side street. Breakfast was incredible and the hours were long! A fantastic stay! Thank you!

Miinukset: The room could've been bit bigger. But as an older building the limitations were obvious and understandable.

Plussat: This is an extremely stylish, well-appointed hotel with lovely rooms and public areas. The breakfast was first class, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and attentive staff. The hotel is situated in a vibrant, traffic free area of the city, yet inside it is very peaceful and relaxing. Bologna is a beautiful city to visit with stunning buildings as well as the two towers and the hotel is close to everything of interest.

Plussat: Clean and Comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Miinukset: It didn’t have a restaurant for evening meals which wasn’t a big issue as we ate well locally. The rooms are nice but if you want to work there are no electric sockets by the desk .

Plussat: The robes! The lovely sheets and room layout. The breakfast was delicious!

Miinukset: The directions to the airport bus were a bit confusing unfortunately, so we ended up taking a cab.

Plussat: The location rocks. The Internet is fast. The breakfast is excellent. The quality of service is high. We will not forget Maria at the reception desk: she is unique. They have a garage and it is very practical, especially in Bologna! They are taking care of the logistic. The bathroom is very well equipped and it is functional too. Very good advises for restaurants. Easy to get a taxi.

Miinukset: The room was not large enough and the window was small. Controlling the heating system was a problem. The daily rate is too high.

Miinukset: Getting there and parking are challenging, beds were a bit uncomfortable and, in our room, we could hear the sliding door at the entrance every time it opened and closed.

Plussat: Fantastic apartment overall (we stayed at a family apartment at a separate buidling) in the very center of the city (just cannot be more centric :). Despite the very centric location (3-5 min from Piazza Majore), it was very quiet in the night. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very hepful and professional staff. Very good breakfast served in the main building which is literally 40-50 meters away.

Miinukset: The only tangible problem is parking for those who travel on a car. Even though there is an open parking space in 100 meters away, it was quite difficult to find out a free spot during day hours (it was Friday) up to late in the night. We checked the parking for a few times, and it was full with other cars waiting for a spot. Not a big deal of course, but just be prepared to invest time into parking your car.

Plussat: Great location near Piazza Maggiore. Very quiet and comfy room with a nice view.

Plussat: Besides being in a fantastic location, what made it for me was the friendly staff. The Sicilian lady on reception could not have been more helpful. The other staff were great too.

Plussat: We loved the location of the hotel, minutes away from Piazza Maggiore and within walking distance of major attractions in Bologna. Our room was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The bathroom was spotless. An enormous variety of food was available at breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Plussat: This is a classic modern 4 star hotel. Interior, design, staff and service is solid. We asked for a particular room that we saw on the pictures and we were give this exact room.

Miinukset: The hotel was descent but it was nothing special or memorable that I would recommend my friends they absolutely had to stay there.

Plussat: The staff were friendly and helpful.

Plussat: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredible.

Miinukset: Musiikki aamiaisella ei ollut sopivaa vaan joskus jopa enemmän discoon kuuluvaa. Mieluummin kuulisi Italiassa italialaista musiikkia tai klassista kuin tavaratalonauhaa.

Plussat: Everything else was excellent.

Miinukset: The mattress was disastrous.

Plussat: Great staff, excellent room, delicious breakfast and a secure parking, at a very reasonable price.

Plussat: Very hospitable staff. Pet and family friendly. Excellent restaurant and very comfortable room! Extremely reasonable prices. Very good breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Miinukset: The hotel isn't centrally located, but is near a bunch of nice greenery which is ideal for families with pets.

Plussat: Tosi viihtyisä ympäristö ja rauhallinen sijainti vaikka oli ison ajotien lähellä. Uima-allas alue hyvä, samoin aamiainen ja laadukas ravintola aivan vieressä..

Miinukset: Perheemme oli varannut kaksi huoneistoa. Toisessa oli tupakoitu ja haju oli aivan hirveä, mutta onneksi huoneen vaihto kävi helposti.

Plussat: Great facilities eg easy parking . Great restaurant.

Plussat: Very good value for the money. Plenty of parking space. Clean, decent size room.

Miinukset: I would have liked the hotel laundry service to be offered on the weekends because I had to go to walk and find my own place to do laundry.

Plussat: Sav hotel staff was excellent. They always smiled and were ready to help with anything in the lobby. We did not have an opportunity to use the roof terrace or pool but we knew it was out of season when we arrived, therefore, I can't comment on it. The room was large and had a large bed. The mattress was on the firmer side which is what I prefer. The bathroom had a bathtub and all the necessities and then some. There was also a small fridge for the minibar. The room felt fresh and had a lot of space. The breakfast was large and varied, I loved the sunny-side-up eggs and the small sausages. My partner loved the ability to order freshly made cappuccinos each morning. The hotel provided a breakfast-bag filled with all sorts of breakfast items as we had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast opened in the restaurant.

Miinukset: The hotel is a bit away from the city centre but if your purpose is to visit the nearby Fiera di Bologna to take part in something arranged at the exhibition centre it's perfect! This is going to sound wrong but the service was a bit too good from an environmental perspective. We received new towels each day even if we hung them up to show that we wanted to keep them. They also changed a newly opened soap to a new packaged one.

Plussat: Breakfast are amazing! The staff from breakfast. The last room they give for us is more clean than anothers.

Miinukset: When we arrive the lady from reception didnt check if we have reservation. Just order to put bags on safe room. We change room 3 times!! Because all beds are durty! On the last room we just ask to change the blanket.

Plussat: Rauhallinen , siisti yläkerran lux-huone, ikkuna sisäpihalle. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Aerobussin pysäkiltä n 10 min kävelymatka hotellille, sijainti muutenkin erinomainen Bolognaan tutustumiseen

Miinukset: Huoneessa ei ollut lainkaan juomalaseja vaikka oli minijääkaappi. Vain pari kertakäyttömukia kylpyhuoneessa.

Plussat: Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, muutamassa minuutissa kävelee kaikkiin keskeisiin paikkoihin. Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista, aamiainen hyvä. Huone siivottiin rivakasti, useimmiten aamiaisella ollessani. Yövyin ylimmän kerroksen deluxe huoneessa, joka oli tyylikäs.

Miinukset: Pieniä asioita, ei korkinavaajaa, eikä juomalaseja huoneessa tai hammasharjalle paikkaa kylpyhuoneessa. Vain pari pientä muovikupin tapaista.

Plussat: Erinomainen sijainti ja ainakin deluxe-huone hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa oli tilava, tyylikäs jossa hyvät sängyt ja tilava toimiva kylpyhuone. Receptionin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Miinukset: Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta aamiaishuoneen henkilökunta välinpitämätöntä, keskustelivat lähinnä keskenään.

Plussat: Viehättävä pienehkö hotelli, elegantti sisustus ympäristöaikakauteen sopivaan tyyliin.

Miinukset: Ei ole hotellin vika: erinomainen sijainti Piazza Maggioren vieressä. Haittana piazzalla koko päivän esiintyvien muusikoiden kovaäänisillä vahvistetun musiikin kuuluminen erittäin voimakkaasti huoneeseen. Huolimatta paksuista seinistä ja äänieristysikkunoista...

Plussat: The location was amazing , right in the Heart of the city, you could literally walk to all the main attractions! We had a nice Breakfast, although we were expecting a bit more variation, specially in terms of salad/veggies. The room was comfortable and the car park close by. The Staff was very helpful!

Miinukset: The car park is literally on the side of the main Church S.Petronio, so it was a bit awkward to get there in a pedestrian way and full of people walking. But it was allowed so we did.

Plussat: Location location location

Miinukset: Rooms were a little small.

Plussat: The hotel location is more than excellent you can not be closer to the city centre. The hotel is located some 30m from the main square. The suite was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast with lot of delicious local food.

Miinukset: The lobby was very small and streamlined. For a building from XVI. - XVII. centuries we were expecting a warmer ambience. I missed some bar also.

Plussat: Right opposite to Bologna train station, a few places to eat/shop nearby, 15-20 mins portico walk to Piazza Maggiore. Leafy decor lobby was cosy. Room was quiet and spacious. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room neat and tidy. Front staff was friendly.

Miinukset: Got distracted by noise and movement from other guests including door closing a few times

Miinukset: - WiFi connection at the hotel is very poor. Even It was not possible to connect wifi from the room.

Plussat: Location was perfect as we had to catch trains to other areas like Venice or Milan . Walking distance to old town area .

Plussat: staff always helpful

Miinukset: not enough sockets in the room; fitness facility was tiny, with hardwood floors

Plussat: Lobby and restaurant were lovely and updated, unfortunately that's not where you actually stay.

Miinukset: Rooms were terribly outdated and dirty with stained carpets that goes half way up the wall... nothing like the lobby. Staff is rude. Would never stay here again.

Plussat: Rautatieaseman kohdalla, eli upea sijainti rautatietä käyttäville, tai lentokentän bussikuljetukselle. Huoneemme oli korttelin sisäpuolella ja harvinaisen hiljainen. Kadunpuolella tilanne taitaa olla toinen. Kauttaaltaan hyvä. Ei upea. Lähinnä hiukan väsähtänyt ja kulahtanut entinen upea. Kiva puisto vieressä. Ruokapaikkoja myös melko lähellä.

Miinukset: Melko kaukana vanhasta kaupungista. Ison kaupungin huonot puolet kohdalla, eli liikennemassat hotellin kohdalla. Typerästi bussipysäkki hotellin sisäänkäynnin kohdalla, jolloin siinä on usein bussin odottajia jaloissa. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta ei ihmeellinen. Aamiainen ei ollut kalliin hintansa veroinen. Kauttaaltaan tympeän bisneshotellin tyyliä ja henkeä. Turvallinen ja tylsä. Henkilökuntakin oli vain töissä siellä. Ei samanlaista yritystä kuin monessa pikkumajapaikassa.

Miinukset: No power outlets in sight. Had to unplug a lamp in order to charge my phone. Cannot request an iron due to "security reasons"

Plussat: Erinomainen aamiainen

Plussat: Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä rautatieaseman vieressä junalla matkustavalle perheelle. Perhehuone oli tilava, siisti ja sängyt mukavan pehmeät. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomioivat asiakkaan tarpeita ilman pyyntöä, kuten aikaisin uloskirjautuessa matkatavarat sai säilöön aamupalan ajaksi. Suosittelen.
