Lähellä sijaitsee Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum ja Fairbanks Community Museum. Tämän lomakylän lähellä sijaitsee Creamer's Field ja Fairbanks Ice Museum.
Huoneet
Tässä majoitusliikkeessä on 305 viihtyisää ja ilmastoitua huonetta. Huoneiden varusteluun kuuluu muun muassa keittiö, jossa on täysikokoinen jääkaappi/pakastin ja mikroaaltouuni. Jokaisessa huoneessa on parveke tai terassi. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu taulutelevisio ja kaapelikanavat. Käytössäsi on myös ilmainen internetyhteys (langaton ja kiinteä). Huone siivotaan päivittäin. Plussat: I liked how easy it was to get to other parts of the town but not be in downtown. I also like how quite it was.
Miinukset: When the maids would come to clean we would still be sleeping, but they never checked back in to see if we needed anything. So we only had our room cleaned twice the whole week we were there.

Plussat: The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The grounds looked beautiful, especially the flowers.
Miinukset: They did not have any rooms with king sized beds - and the suites looked a bit dated.

Miinukset: They have charged me twice for the same room and I have not been able to have a refund from them even tough I have send them 2 emails.

Plussat: good kitchen, all the pots, pans utensils are provided even had dish soap. toaster near city bus line- which is free it 60 years old. bus only runs every 45 minutes though or use the hotel shuttle...
Miinukset: no air conditioning in living room- when hot outside, cannot cool off the living room only air conditioning is in 2 bedrooms no elevator - three floor high.

Plussat: The room was very clean and the water was nice and hot. The wildlife sanctuary was very well maintained and we enjoyed ourselves with the walk.
Miinukset: The little kitchen floor was very slippery so we had to be careful walking on it. Since this was styled more like an apartment complex, there were no elevators and we were on the third floor.
