Serenissima Boutique Hotel

This hotel is a perfect oasis in the midst of the charming alleys of Chania Old Town. We were upgraded for free to a suite which gave us more privacy and more space. The room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom felt like a spa. The staff was welcoming and very informative. There were lovely little touches like a pillow menu. We only stayed 1 night but wishes we had stayed for longer to enjoy the relaxation.

There's no parking in the old town so it can be a little stressful trying to find a space in nearby Talks Square and then walk with cases through the cobbled streets. Not much the hotel can do but it's worth bearing in mind and calling them for help.

Everything ! The staff and rooms were amazing chania itself is such a beautiful place :)

Beautiful! Clean and great ambience. Staff very attentive to our needs. I loved the pillow menu, very nice touch. I would recommend this property.

The breakfast menu was lovely and served with a smile! The hotel was designed beautifully and located perfectly in the old town.
