The breakfast and room Service chicken burger was inedible cold and looked under cooked

excellent location, excellent breakfast, love the pool and beach

there was a roach in the room, room was musty and smelly. Booked a suite but did not have sea-view.

I loved that they picked up my bags at the pier when I got off the ferry and then dropped them back at the pier on the way back. It's a nice, hotel, I just think it's too expensive for what you get.

A couple of things: * The beach was kind of dirty and not really private. Even hotel guests had to pay for chairs. * the pool and pool bar closed at 7pm. Last call was 6:30pm. I don't get it, you are out all day, you come back from a tour, you just want to relax at the pool! * expensive food and drinks * rooms are tiny * didn't love the breakfast options
