It couldn't be in a better location for ExCeL london. The shower was good.
It was all a little bit dated and tired looking. It smelt like an old peoples home. The staff were all a bit unfriendly especially the bar manager, who needs to smile every now and then. The room was too warm and stuffy.

I especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom and the size of the bed.
The sofa in our room wasn't a very nice material at all.

Everything was perfect but food ...do not dine in the restaurant it's over priced and food is terrible however the sussages on my son's plate was a 10 out of 10 everything else terrible ....to be fair they did try their best to correct this and the staff and management was amazing
