Miinukset: There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on.

Miinukset: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Miinukset: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Plussat: Usual faultless KLM experience

Plussat: Crew wonderful.N

Miinukset: None for now.

Plussat: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.

Plussat: In flight entertainment was good, half of the cabin crew were super friendly, others a bit bored.

Miinukset: Brand new A350 but very cramped seats, it felt very claustrophic. Flew out on a 747 and had a lot of space - wonderful aircraft, flew back on A350 and it felt like flying Ryanair for 7 hours! I am only 5 feet 7 and my knees were close to the seat in front, I am not fat but the tray table was touching my stomach. I dread to think how anyone ate the food if they are 15 stone or more, I guess the table rest on the stomach and the food has to be held on.. The food wasn't good, I asked for a vegetarian meal but got bland vegan food - no cheese or dairy even though those are vegetarian. Next time I will not order a special meal and just get the standard vege meal and risk that they have one for me. Flight crew were OK, some of the instructions about electronic devices were garbled and unclear, especially about the use of laptops.

Plussat: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.

Miinukset: Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects.

Miinukset: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!

Plussat: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.

Plussat: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.

Miinukset: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Plussat: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Miinukset: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Miinukset: Not losing my luggage

Miinukset: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Miinukset: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Plussat: The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy.

Miinukset: The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim.

Plussat: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Miinukset: Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Plussat: We landed safely.

Miinukset: The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable.

Plussat: Seat comfort , modern plane

Miinukset: The boarding process was ridiculously disorganized . People were not boarding according to their group numbers and there were many unnecessary delays / hold ups . My baggage was lost for over 4 days (it still hasn’t arrived on October 24. I landed on October 20). With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay.While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future

Plussat: Crew was good, especially from Beijing to Copenhagen

Plussat: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.

Miinukset: Everything was fine. A very quick, easy flight at the end of a long day for me.

Miinukset: Newer movies

Plussat: Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney

Miinukset: The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)

Plussat: The crew were gracious and attentive to keeping us hydrated in Economy.

Miinukset: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.

Miinukset: The entertaiment selection. Should get better movie, TV and news selection

Plussat: Love the Airbus, roomy.

Miinukset: Better entertainment movies, food are boring.

Miinukset: Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

Plussat: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Miinukset: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Plussat: Food

Plussat: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Plussat: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Miinukset: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Miinukset: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Plussat: Impressive service... amazing crew, very friendly and professional

Plussat: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Miinukset: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Plussat: The crew was very attentive.

Miinukset: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.

Plussat: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Miinukset: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Plussat: food good

Miinukset: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.
