Great location Room was basic enough All the usual bits & bobs i was only in the city for the night needed somewhere cheap & cheerful to sleep
Some renovation works ongoing when i was there, no noise bit of an eyesore is all Also only 1 lift was working

Love that you can smoke in your room, clean and very comfortable and very close to Piccadilly gardens.
The only thing I can say is they need to have plug sockets closer to the beds but other than that perfect.
