The staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful when it came to organising airport transfers. The room was spotless and maid service was provided daily. Location is fantastic, less than 10 mins to the main square. Lots of lovely resturants close by. We didn't really use the pool or roof terrace but it is very nice, might be better in the warmer months. Breakfast was varied and lots of food to keep you full well past lunch time - fruit, pancakes, bread.... The homemade yoghurt was the best!
We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and airy. The windows lead onto the street, which was great for letting natural light in and fresh air, but did mean that there was a lot of noise from the street level - motorbikes, shouting, door buzzer, etc. This could continue very late into the evening/early hours.

They packed our bags.
The street was really dark. When we arrived the receptionist treated us in a hurry and with very bad manners. We asked for a double bed and they were two single tilted beds together, very uncomfortable. The shower water comes out quite cold. Noisy room and they sometimes knocked on the door. Poor breakfast and very, very expensive room for what they give. We pay 102€ per night and it does not reach an average motel.

My friend & I had a lovely stay at Riad Manissa & can highly recommend it. It is family run & the staff are friendly & helpful, particularly Youssef who made sure we had everything we could have wanted. The atmosphere is peaceful, the bedrooms spacious & the beds very comfortable. It is just steps away from the busy, bustling markets, souks & the main square.
The roof terrace, which was great, could have done with some umbrellas for shade, & this was in November!
