Sijainti ja monipuolinen aamiainen miellyttivät.Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen.
Itse hotelli oli o.k.,mutta läheiseltä rakennusryömaalta kuului hirveä meteli jo aikaisin aamulla.
Keskeinen sijainti. Kolmen hengen huone oli avara.
Aamupala oli hieman vaatimaton, vaikkakin kuitenkin OK.
Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, monipuolinen ja kauniisti katettu aamupala. Huippusijainti.
Nice hotel but needs updating
Comfortable beds with plenty of room for 2adults and 2 older children. Good breakfast for cost.
Worn furniture. No direction for TV, few operating channels. Major crack in shower that could have caused injury. Shower doors which allowed water to get on floor.
The hotel is conveniently located about two and one-half city blocks from the Hauptbahnhof, the main train station, but in a Middle Eastern ethnic area that includes other hotels, businesses & a few sex shoppes. That's a price for the convenience of staying near the Hauptbahnhof. Our 3rd floor room was spacious & clean. The bed - two twins pushed together in the European style - was comfortable with good pillows & warm down comforters. The bathroom was 'European size', but nice & clean with a hair dryer and a small shower that was not a real issue. The elevator goes only to the 4th floor with a stair access to the 5th. Complimentary breakfast was nicely varied and very adequate. The staff was extremely accomodating & friendly.
The front desk is not open 24-hours and the elevator does not operate throughout the night. For an early departure (we had a 6:00am one), it was necessary for luggage to be carried down the stairs and out the back door of the hotel.
Great location - it is actually very well placed (just a few blocks from the Hauptbahnhof (train station).
The hotel (and adjacent locations (the hotel was #15 on the street and units 13-23 were included) was under renovation/construction.
Nice hotel, 5 person room was adequate, but ask for rollaway bed with two mattresses as the double bed is not really a double. It was hot and with windows open it was noisy and hard to sleep. Not enough airflow.
Spacious room. Close to city center and metro lines. Parking available in the area, though not free. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Restaurants and groceries stores very close.
There was a fire in the elevator shaft during our stay at the hotel. The fire was quickly taken care of by the fire department and the fire alarms functioned properly. The area where the hotel was located was a little less than "family friendly" with lots of questionable stores and places of entertainment. The lift was very small. The blinds in the bathroom were slightly too short, so you could see the people in the buildings across and the street below. Our room slept five with 1 double bed, 1 queen, and 1 single bed. The double bed was a bit small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.
Convenient, central location. Stylish breakfast room/cafe. Helpful staff.
It will be better if breakfast be richer
The room was comfortable, well decorated and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was looking at the the inner part and was quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.
