Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden

The staff was great and very accommodating - Vanessa, who did our checkin, went well out of her way to assure we got a great experience!

The most impressive is that every staff is nice and friendly, which make us feel like being at home. A great variety for breakfast. Italian restaurant offers very delicious food, and the sunset view is very beautiful. The bed is very very comfortable. Free spa access zone is quiet and cost. In a word, this hotel became one of our favorite hotels! Recommend it!

We tried the volcanic stone spa, if the massage is more strong that will be nicer!

Everything other than the hotel's Oriental restaurant was perfect. The hotel with its indoor gardens is beatiful, the breakfast was really good, the staff was great and the spa is amazing. Some of the facilities are a little outdated, but it's a part of the hotel's vibe and every detail is well thought of. The best hotel I've been in so far.

Dinner at the hotel's oriental restaurant. The restaurant looks very nice and the service was great, but the food was (disclaimer(!): based solely on personal taste) terrible. We took the coconut soop with chicken, musrooms and lime, fried rice with vegetables, egg noodles with siriloin and vegetables and chicken in red curry. The soop was ok at first, but after a few sips the lime kicked in and left a bad after-taste for the next couple of hours. The fried rice was ok, but the vegetables were very poorly handled, felt completely uncooked. We didn't eat the egg noodles, the vegetables were handled the same as with the fried rice, the siriloin had a weird after-taste (we might be adjusted to a different siriloin flavour in Israel, so it's probably not the restaurant's fault) and the overall flavour was very bland. The chicken with red curry was ok, but again the vegetables were raw and the dish looked pretty stale with the boiled sliced chicken. I normally wouldn't bother writing such a review, but the restaurant left us with a really bad taste (we continued for a pizza across the street from the hotel right after leaving the hotel's restaurant).

Amazing luxury hotel, great breakfast and spa area. Nice view of ocean from the room balcony. And extra nice and helpful staff. Good restaurants in the area.
