We had a problem with our room, there was a very unpleasant smell and air-conditioning wasn't working - once switched on wouldn't switch off for at least 8-10 hours. Reported to the owner on a daily basis, did not even come to speak to us in person. Issue not fixed and I felt like they didn't care at all. Not all of the rooms were occupied, but they refused to give us another room. Will not be back and don't recommend.

Room was nice and clean. Loved having a refrigerator and ac since we stayed during the heatwave. We stayed in the room with the spa tub and it was nice after a day of walking. Having an elevator was great acter walking all day. Location was really good.
Bed was a little hard but not a big deal. Everything was good or great.

Very close to Colosseum - about 3 minute walk. Very clean room, friendly and informative staff. Seemed a very safe area. There is a very nice cafe a couple of minutes walk from the hotel for cheap breakfast and very good coffee! Perfect if you are in Rome for Rome rather than the hotel.
We had a room with the street view so it was very noisy all through the night.

Great location to the colosseum and close to metro.
There should be key to private bathroom if it’s not ensuite.

It was about .5 mile from the train station. (Blue line) The picture they sent of the front door was a bit dated but we were able to spot it. To see the Colosseum from the room you have to stick your head out the window but you can see it. Lots of places in the area to visit besides the Colosseum too. The price was right for us.
It's an "authentic" experience. Being on the fourth floor of a building with a few other rooms in the hall. The biggest downside was the bathroom being across the hall but they tell you that in advance.
